Next target is to avoid heavy defeats at Arsenal and Chelsea and then do a similar job at home on West Ham as they have on Liverpool today. Try to get more than a 3 point buffer to BHA before that last game.

reading are the big one for me. 2 points behind us and have Chelsea and Villa at home, Spurs and Man City away. realistically maybe 4 points from that so 3 more points should do it for us

Full time and a fully deserved brilliant 4-0 win

Off the bottom of the table with 4 games remaining

Great performance all round! I hope we can keep some of the loan players, especially Janina and Mace!

...she has a football brain, just a lack of pace on the ball but has the composure on the ball when we need it!!!

Another 4-0 Monday to cap it off and flush The Ev.

...I noticed just how physical we were today, the dark arts came to the fore and the players were sticking their feet in and getting their bodies in between the ball and the opponent!!!

So glad to see they are doing the basics and seem to be doing it so well.

Wow, what a win. Just seen the result. Were the goals good?

I had a feeling we would narrowly win as Liverpool aren't bad, but we're on a somewhat upward trajectory. But didn't expect this!

Spurs 2-2 Brighton which is a good one too, keeps Brighton below and Spurs within range

spurs should be fine anyway but if they can still be in a bit of trouble until the penultimate game then they should turn over Reading at home which would be huge for us. probably the ideal result for us today

So Reading are two points adrift and their last four matches are Man City away, Villa at home, Spurs away and Chelsea at home.  I think they're toast.

spurs is winnable for them, you'd aim for a point at home to villa too. it's why spurs not winning today was important. They'd have all but secured survival and would likely have dropped off 5/10% in the remaining games, like Liverpool did today having sewn up survival last time out. Spurs still being at risk and hopefully needing a result in that home game v Reading (likely given next weekend for them is Man Utd away) benefits us hugely

I'm giving them a point against Spurs and nothing else, but four defeats wouldn't surprise me at all.

In any case, Leicester are (finally) looking a decent side now and if they can get near today's performance level when they play West Ham they'll get another win and Reading really will be irrelevant.
