So he's a closet forest fan and it was a big conspiracy all along and he someone how made forest not lose every game he refereed.

Surely you can't think this way...i mean seriously?

I'm beginning to believe your username.;)

I saw a guy on Twitter spreading this theory around, I checked his blog, it's been going for almost 14 years, "exposing" corruption in football.

He also said Leicester couldn't have gone from "the most unfit team in the league to the most fit team in the league" in April 2015 unless there was a massive doping campaign sponsored by Sky/BBC/Premier League, and apparently Mark Clattenburg was in on it when he referred the 2-1 win over West Ham lol .

Just like when Leeds came up all over again isn't it? Media love-in on full blast

“Footy away days” or “footy accumulators” or “talk sport” and you could sit there and say okay fine is what it is, it’s part of their MO.

ITV ****ing central news. Give me bastard strength this country is on it’s arse.

I always knew if they got promoted itd be bad. But not this bad. Okay maybe I did know, but even living here I'd started to forget how much I hate them. They've been nothing for so long. It's all come back and then some this season.

Sleeping giant. European Cup winners. Let's pretend the past 30 years haven't happened shall we. Until yesterday my Forest mates greatest moments supporting them were beating Yeovil on the last day in League One to go up.

Thing is, at Leeds are have some credibility to being a sleeping giant as they've had plenty of spells at the very top and in this century.

But Forest, had one spell of success and not a lot apart from that. Historically, a similar trend to us except we've never been down there for as long as they have. When the time comes that we get relegated (bound to happen someday) are people going to shout that we're a sleeping giant? We'll have achieved something greater by winning the premier League then them winning the European cup (much harder to win the PL in the modern era than anything else)

The stats don't lie?  Not sure if you're offering that up as proof?

And no it isn't a coincidence as he has refereed games where huddlesfield have won.

Do you know the game they won? The stats I've read show Huddersfield have never won with Moss as Ref, Genuine question.

How times have changed . Back 70s went to Leicester Station after a home loss of 0-3 to Coventry. There on the platform waiting to go back to St Pancras was referee John Homewood. We had a little chat on how poorly Leicester had played. Don't think you are likely to see the ref at the local station just after the match and all on his own

Much like the players I guess.

(Wasn’t around then but apparently they would pop into the local pub or get the bus home !)

I think if we seen Jon Moss in Leicester Station by himself no one is asking him for a quiet chat.

If he lives in Leeds he’ll probably get a visit from a few Huddersfield fans !

Does anybody know if Marinakis is allowed by the PL to be the owner of 2 teams that compete in the 1st tier of European Leagues? UEFA also allows that kind of conflict of interest? What happens if in season 2023-2024 Olympiakos faces Forest in a european competition? Marinakis is using for several years both teams as feeders in both ways.

Errrmmm our owner owns 2 top tier league teams in europe

Not sure where your getting your statistics from?   Do you have a link?

The season before when they lost 5-2 at home to Yeovil in the playoffs was one of my greatest moments tbf

Yes I know but tbh I'm not fully aware of the co-ownership details, shares etc. Marinakis owns fully as a single entity 2 teams. UEFA is playing with fire on this matter imo. I know the chances of these teams facing each other in a european competition are the same as me winning the EuroMillions but you never know. Marinakis is not a Forest fan, he is an Olympiakos fan. If these 2 teams meet each other in a Conference League semi final there is absolutely no way he won't get involved to get his favourite club in the final.

I've posted about this before the EFL playoffs. The guy is involved in almost every single scandal in the greek Superleague. There is a huge drug dealing case against him when they found tonnes of drugs in one of his ships. Since then 7 witnesses were found dead under strange circumstances.

The EPL, FA and UK government allowing Forest to participate in domestic leagues is like allowing Putin or Kim Yong Hun to be the owners of a Premier league club.

The worst that'll happen to him is doing an Abramovich, where he'll be made to sell the club without profiting from it.

Long way off considering Abramovich had to spend two decades in the pocket of a genocidal fascist to get his collar felt.

Forest isn't Chelsea. It's a team full of players under loan with dirty money and a continuous feed both ways with Olympiakos. FA, EPL and UK government are completely liable by letting a team owned by Marinakis participating in the country's leagues. I guess, like the Russian oligarchs and the SA butchers, they're going to wake up around 2030...

I agree that Marinakis is clearly a crook with questions to answer and that any ethical organisation wouldn't let him own a burger stand, but this is a country that lets war criminals, kleptocracies and human rights abusers launder their ill-gotten gains on a habitual basis.

I presume the EFL would have investigated all this before ..

And let it pass ?

They've investigated absolutely nothing. When Marinakis took over he had already a trial for match fixing+the drug dealing ship. Wait until we play against them next season. I hope you won't come here complaining about ref and VAR decisions against us.
