What’s the point of putting Man City to a late on a Saturday should they be away on the Wednesday.. thinking of it the last half hour but still can’t think of a logical explanation

Leicester City’s Premier League fixtures against Crystal Palace, Leeds United and Manchester City have all been changed in the latest round of broadcast selections for October.

The King Power Stadium fixture against Crystal Palace will still take place on the originally scheduled date of Saturday 15 October, but will now get underway at the earlier time of 12:30pm and be broadcast live on BT Sport in the UK.

Meanwhile, the home fixture with Leeds United, which was initially set to take place on Tuesday 18 October, will now get underway at 7:30pm on Thursday 20 October, live on Amazon Prime Video. In the event of Arsenal vs. Manchester City and Brentford vs. Chelsea moving to the Wednesday night, this game will move to an 8:15pm kick-off.

That Thursday evening fixture against Leeds also means that City’s visit to Molineux to face Wolverhampton Wanderers will be moved to 2pm on Sunday 23 October, but will not be broadcast live in the UK.

Another home fixture – against Manchester City on Saturday 29 October – will also be moved forward to a 12:30pm kick-off, live on BT Sport. Should Manchester City be scheduled to play away in the UEFA Champions League on the preceding Wednesday, this fixture will be subject to movement to a 7:45pm kick-off.

In addition, full fixture details for Leicester City’s King Power Stadium meeting with Nottingham Forest will be confirmed no later than 19 August, with the match currently scheduled for Saturday 1 October.

All fixtures remain subject to change.

It’s was a result of Klopp’s constant complaints

If you play away on a Wednesday night in Europe the earliest you can play is 7:45 on the Saturday

The club are obviously well prepared for the fact that the Forest game will be moved.

It’s on sky sports so only a few select times it can be on, will probably do a swap with BT for the 12:30 slot on the Saturday or be 12:00 on the Sunday

Oh good, games moved but another few weeks to find out when they'll be played. Plus the regular Thursday night games.

Of course, we could have more rail strikes in the pipeline too. Great all round.

Do we reckon it will be moved from the Saturday (the day itself rather than 3pm)? Or we just gonna have to wait?

It would almost be funny, if it wasn't so pathetic.     Every season, it seems there are more and more reasons for hating football.

Oh the irony.  The clubs that do well in Europe and the epl are the clubs with big squads of quality. That's the challenge.  Klopp's rants just make it easier for clubs other than liverpool and man city to cope.

These Thursday nights are a nightmare…already working away for Man U game so as a season ticket holder will miss that one and now Leeds 💩

And don't forget ...

The club are trying to push "Mobile Ticketing" as fast as they can, whose one major purpose is to stop you easily lending your ticket to a family member, friend, neighbour, work colleague, etc.

It is ridiculous but if Man City get drawn to play on the Tuesday 25th of October for Champions league then their scheduled league game on the Sunday 23rd of October has to move to the Saturday 22nd October which then means the Thursday 20th game has to move to the 19th, if that happens then there will be an empty 20:15 slot on the 20th to fill and we will get moved from 19:30 to fill that slot

Absolute load of b#llocks.  Don't give a fek about the fans.  Announce tv fixtures = book flights and hotel.  Then amazon decide to move the Leeds game to Thursday = amend flight dates and hotel date = amendment fees of £146!!! Disgraceful

We have games moved for TV that could be moved again. We are waiting four weeks for confirmation. How is this allowed to happen?

A 7 hour change in kick off time will affect plans too. A huge difference between lunchtime and evening matches. People like to know well in advance. Ridiculous.

Absolutely...getting 7am flight from Glasgow for man City game...if its moved to night time I can't even check into my hotel till 3pm....looking after the big boys....nobody gave a fek when we were away on a Thursday in Europe then had to play at 2pm on a Sunday...getting very dissolutioned with premier league football all being geared around the big boys.

Which is why I opted for a season ticket

Why are they holding out for moving the forest game?

I think depending on European fixtures, the Forest game could be in one of two TV slots. So rather than announce a date now and say it could be moved depending on a team's European game, they are waiting until it is finalised. Possibly to do with West Ham qualifying or not which would be known 19 August.

I don't like that it's a Monday but it actually suits me because I don't think I could do the Saturday lol
