Does such a thing exist?

My son watched that “Sunderland till I die” TV series, and on there the board held meetings with supporters groups to discuss issues.

I feel like we really need some sort of communication from the board, to tell us what’s going on.

The whole situation seems utterly illogical to us fans, and we can’t figure out why BM hasn’t been sacked.   But Top and his gang aren’t stupid, nor are they disinterested - so there must be a plan, or a thought process that we don’t know about.

So is there any kind of board-supporter liaison service?

Fans forum.

I was part of that a few years ago when Milan Maderic was the owner.

It's just a tick box exercise by the club as it's a process encouraged by the FA.

Yes Man Jim is supporter Liaison, He'll pass everything on to he relative department but nothing will ever come of it.

[email protected] or @LCFCHelp is the Twitter handle, though you can't reply to the posts as they've blocked any fans replying to posts in line with the zero tolerance towards fans attitude they've adopted this season.

I wish they’d say something.

Everyone knows people tolerate difficult situations better if they’re given information.

It’s like with flight delays.

”your plane is late” just pisses people off.

”you plane is delayed because it’s come from Turkey where there was a storm which delayed take off, but we anticipate it to arrive in an hour” is much easier to cope with.

But all we’re  getting is Rodgers every week scraping the barrel by blaming the heat (about 14 degrees yesterday?) or some other such bollocks.  And it’s just pissing us off.

Do you honestly think they're going to share with you "why he hasn't been sacked"?

Well there must be a plan and maybe that could be shared, in part, with us.  But thank you for your valuable contribution anyway.

one can only assume they are making a business decision as they are certainly not making a football decision.

I reckon we all nominate @Raj

He chins everyone, then holds Top up against a wall, until he calls Brendan in to the room and sacks him.

I genuinely think it's the only way things will get better.

This was introduced by Niall Quinn when he was Chairman I believe.

He used to meet Fans groups to get them back supporting the club when in league one.

It could be useful in keeping fans onside when the going is tough, like now.

FCCs have basically stopped. Won't start again anytime soon I shouldn't think. And this is from the club that won "best supporter engagement" over COVID lol

We won an IT innovation award just weeks after the Silva 14 second fax debacle. I wouldn't hold much store by awards 😂

I've put this on several threads but nobody seems to be following through on it.

If you email lcfchelp then you just get a standard response and you have to hope it gets through to the board.

If you want to make your feelings/concerns known to board members then email them to [email protected] or [email protected].  That way your email gets straight through to a nord member and you get an acknowledgement.  I've sent 2 emails so far.  You would hope that if board members start to receive a large number of emails of concern from fans then they might begin to take notice

I admire your optimism mate but if months of crap performances, one win in ten games, regular jabs at the board in interviews and levels of blame-shifting that are now genuinely laughable aren't enough to get him the sack, I can't see emails from fans being the straw that breaks the camel's back. If it makes you feel better then by all means crack on but I would be amazed if anyone at the club with an iota of power reads a single word of any of them.

Yeah, no offence, but emailing Susan asking for Brendan to be sacked isn't going to work.

If we all emailed Top, it could work, but nobody can be arsed to type out his full name in the email address.

I'm too old, small and I'm a lover not a hitter!

Might be better for @Jattdogg to hit Top with his porn collection to whack some sense into his head!

It won’t immediately fix things.

But it will keep up the pressure.

That pressure is the only thing that will speed up things.
