Exactly. Make your end truly "your end" that you're never gonna have to make way for.

End of the day, the players won't give a flying fvck about whether you're disappointed you couldn't shout something unoriginal at people from a different part of the country every fortnight as long as you've given them the support they need.

I don’t understand this obsession with being near the away fans. Most traditional ends in this country, as well as ultra groups abroad aren’t right next to the away fans.

FA Cup game is a good opportunity for anyone that wants to create atmosphere to get into the section.

Not those that want to be near atmosphere but not contribute

Cup games usually get a different crowd into the section. Watford a couple of years back was possibly my favourite game in there in terms of atmopshere and contribution from everyone in the section.

Less stale ST holders (this is not age related)

Why are there so many people behind UFS who stand and don't make a noise? Are they people who refused to move when UFS moved in?

Sorry if this has been discussed before.

Yeah, it was a half measure when the club made the section - if they'd have just grasped the nettle and moved everybody out (as is their right per T&Cs) it'd be better.

Essentially yes. So its effect is limited. This is one of the arguments for moving it but I don’t think that’s going to happen from the reaction on here.

Probably too stubborn to move but have to stand as they wont be able to see.

Good chance for those that are fed up with a poor atmosphere where they are to move in and try the section out.

Why not bigger and why not more central? Should be good though

It clearly isn’t exclusive to us at home. You can hear pins dropping at the SoL for Sunderland vs Hull right now

It’s definitely an English football thing. Most grounds are dead but with where we are in the league it needs to improve. Monday should be decent hopefully.

Justin on the OS: "Hopefully the crowd can get us rocking and create a big atmosphere, making it a tough place to come. We’ve proved in the past that the fans can be the 12th man for us. Hopefully they can do that for us on Monday."

Huge one tonight.

I remember the Forest game at home last season when we needed a win, also a Monday night from memory and the crowd was well up for it, and it translated into a performance on the pitch.

Need the same tonight v Ipswich.

I thought the Notts F match last season was probably the most hostile atmosphere ever at this stadium. The abuse dished out during the pre-match line up announcement was something else not seen since the old Filbo days. It was almost a frenzy as we very nearly scored in the first two minutes. Don't expect that much hostility tonight but we need to be on it especially if we go behind.
