Agreed! Great pod and as others said it was almost cathartic listening.

 

I stupidly tried listening to another LCFC pod (not mentioning names) and it actually wound me up, keep up the great work gents.

It was a great podcast. Really beneficial listening to informed chat and it does help the weekly mental recovery of watching our club disintegrate. You genuinely provide a service! Pipes has a similar effect when he’s on the Beeb but unfortunately he’s not been there so the catharsis has come from the BSLB crew. Keep it up  👍🏻

Glad everyone on the pod spoke out about Ayew going over to the Palace fans pointing to the badge. 

 

Found it strange, and somewhat indicative of the passive attitude of some fans on here, when I called it out after and was met with a kind of well why shouldn't he do it? Maddison and KDH did it. Very, very different circumstances. Not a chance Maddison comes over pumping his chest waving to us all if we pump spurs on Sunday.

Ric mentions Bilal having a bit of the Madders about him when it comes to outside the boot passes and it made me laugh because I clocked pretty early on that Maddison almost had a quota that he had to get a couple in every single game playing for us, even when it wasn't required! Crazy.

Always referred to him myself as the Moroccan Maddison from the start.

nah thing with Bilal hes got qualities of a few players, maddison, Mahrez then a little of Izzet,

as the lad has all the ability but hes got the work ethic and he isnt affraid to do the dirty work either 

 

thats the difference for me

Yes, Izzet. That’s a great shout, there’s a lot of Muzzy about him. He’s just become my favourite player

Dare I say it but Billal is raw talent. Pretty soon pep is gonna have his big hairy arm around him. We need to really nurture him.

damn this team really needs to sort itself out. We also have some dazzling kids in our academy. 
 

Rick’s mention of the potential of having Mahrez back until the end of the season sounds like a wet dream. Probably no chance of happening unless Vardy can call in a special favor to a mate? He needs another fairy tale ending to his Netflix doc. 
certainly can’t finish with relegation that will be just crap. Seeing those 2 together again one last time “oooh sir!”
