does anyone know her email address? It's not [email protected], as that just bounced back. For the first time in my years I have felt the need to write to the Club, not in the form of a rant (I hope), but urging them to communicate openly and honestly with its key stakeholders (eg us) as at the moment the Club's silence borders on diffidence in my opinion.

I have wrote an email but i do agree that they are more than likely a waste of time. 

 

The best way to get their attention is home made banners at the next match.

Exactly, because the media will report these. Susan’s emails are likely to go to junk, or be ignored. At least we can try to inconvenience her.

 

Banners on Saturday is the only reason I’m going. Would prefer early doors as I’d rather leave at half time.
