If the club have people who view this forum, which am sure they do, what would you advise to them - in terms of addressing any issues in how they treat their customers/supporters (i.e., yourselves) that you've encountered with the club?

Listen to what people actually want rather than what some bloke in a suit is telling people what they want.

Problem is, not everyone wants the same thing. You'll get conflicting things all the time.

I think that's what the point of this thread is about, unless, of course, you've actually had a bloke in a suit not listening to what you want.

The balloting system on away tickets is unfair to season ticket holders and even most members entering the ballot as it obviously only serves as a means for the club to allocate tickets 'selectively'.

Allow me to get exactly what I want without question.

In reality, they have 10k's of customers, well hard to get that right. Personally I find it very easy to get around their obstacles and barriers when I need to.

Get a group of supporters together that represent a fair section of the fan base. (Not just Union FS, or West Standers)

Get a fan committee who consult on how to make the match day experience better, and what we want it to be. They could also consult on matters of importance such as the current situation.

Regular meetings (twice monthly) and make the wider fanbase aware that problems and issues can be submitted to be discussed at these meetings.

Representatives of the club need to be there too.

Employing more people at the management level who support the club, or at least have some kind of grasp of what football fans want and the kind of club LCFC is, would be a cracking start.

Frequently in regards to work. Especially telling me how I could do jobs they know nothing about which is always fun.

Probably some kind of en masse survery via email would be a good start, spliting up differnt parts like ticketing, hospitality, merch, website, food and drink etc etc and use that as a guide tool. It's pretty basic stuff.

All good in theory but the take up for that would be awful I reckon, solely judging by the meltdown on here and Twitter when anything tech-related is introduced. You'd end up with a tiny minority replying, and the results being inconclusive and/or immaterial.

Don't  forget that some of these so called stadium personnel are actually supplied by outside  contractors, they therefore have no allegiance to the club. To them it's  just a job without wearing the blue tinted glasses.

Yes, was thinking similar.

Just win tbh. I'll trade winning for being like dog muck on the carpet any day of the week.

Good shout tbf, the team starts playing well and winning fairly often, people find other things in their lives to cry about
