Not Madders out wide. I thought we'd stick with 3 at the back and use wing backs for width.

I'm not sure we have enough attacking threat with our wing backs but I don't like Vardy up front on his own. If we can get service to him then fine but we've not done that for over 12 months. Would rather have seen Nacho up top.

Iverson

Castagne

cags

souttar

kristiensen

mendy

youri

KDH

maddison

nacho

vardy

for me I would start with this.

mendy protecting back 4

Maddsion top of diamond

vardy has been poor but one last chance playing him up front in a 2 because of you can get him to score again we stay up.

this won’t happen though.

So we're resorting to cannibalism now? If you can't beat 'em eat 'em, I like it! :P

Well we’re running out of options with conventional methods.

Todays team apparently

Vardy is a living legend but sadly past it and shouldn't be starting imo. Would prefer to see Nacho start with Vardy coming off the bench on the usual 60 min mark for a refresh if required.

For the love of God, and it is nothing personal, but if Dean said he wants aggressive football with us demanding possession, then please do not start Ndidi. All things Dean said so far indicates he will be played, but we cannot afford one let alone the 3 mistakes-conceding goals he made last week. If we need to let our attacking players play, you need a steady hand in Mendy who can cover the back four well but also provide an extra outlet in midfield to help us get the ball up. We cannot have anyone, anyone, in any position going into hiding, let alone the linkup player (DCM) between our defence and midfield.

If we start Ndidi - he will be a big drain on the rest of the team.

This is the only thing I ask.

You can even start Nacho on the bench if you like even though he should be starting, but Ndidi is a NO-NO.

If you want to get the ball forward, Mendy is not the answer. Is has been solid but let's not kid ourselves that he's the answer, he passed the ball back or sideways 99% of the time. I will happily eat my words if this is something Brendan has been asking of him and he comes out and makes the progressive pass and gets us on the front foot.

I still don't think Ndidi is finished, you don't go from what he was to what he is now as quickly as you do unless you've been mismanaged and that's what I see in him. I think Smith Shakes and JT will let us see that Wilf again.

I can't say it enough but Brendan Rodgers ****ed this club massively by doing what he's done to our best players.

I do hope this doesn’t become another immature thread of false info, where it’s being given either cos people are bored, or to make them look special.

I’d genuinely like to know who is starting today. I’m intending to put a few quid on over 2.5 goals in the game but that will be infuenced by who’s in the side.

The media usually gets the official lineup 90 minutes before kick off for league games. Sometimes earlier.

Probably see fifteen or maybe sixteen on the pitch during the match , in what order , I don't really care as long as each and everyone of them works his socks off and leaves nothing out there.

. .a 4-3-3 then!!!

So long as Vardy has the support and they are not dropping to bail out the defence, this will not be too far off what we need. Nacho for Vardy I would have thought, but we do need Vardy's experience out there.

Whatever the team, Smith proved last week he's not afraid to change it early if it's not working.

Would prefer he start the right team in the first place.
