Corky Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 A clip on the foot makes you fall over several strides later. Pathetic.

Gonna enjoy watching their inevitable drop off Only Man City can stop them and they're not their usual selves yet. The rest of the pack aren't good enough

Lionator Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Not sure how people are complaining. Clear contact and Jota was clearly thrown off balance. Only error was not sending the keeper off. 3
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Is Howe in trouble? I can see them getting turned over next week as well - he probably would then.
Pliskin Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 (edited) Salah isn’t far off Fryer Tuck with that hairline. Edited 1 January 2024 by Pliskin 1

Arkie Bennett Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Liverpool were hugely superior, but that dive tarnishes the performance. 2
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Say want you want about Klopp - I do enjoy watching Liverpool play when they’re in top gear. It was restless wave after wave. 1
foxfanazer Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 XG of 7.2 I'd like to know what ours was for the Southampton 9-0 1
Vacamion Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 I'm still fuming about the Wes Morgan face penalty. That was up there with that. Two penalties they got awarded. And they were moaning about the ref and Klopp was chewing the ear of the 4th official. Disgrace. Man City will have them, second half of the season. 2

foxfanazer Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Klopp lost his ring Last Liverpool manager to do that was Brendan Rodgers 1

Md9 Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Liverpool could have easily had 6 or 7 today and could have been out of sight by half time. Newcastle have been poor for a while and are pretty dirty. See how many players they bring in because if they don’t they are going to struggle to get Europe this season

It’s still a talented side, it’s just that the quality at this level is such that if you dip, you get found out.
UniFox21 Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 (edited) How on earth was that given as a pen he's clipped, attempts to continue, realised he couldn't get the ball and falls ffs Edited 1 January 2024 by UniFox21 1
Weller Wing Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Liverpool were well worth the 3 points but that Jota incident is everything that's wrong with football. Cheats really do prosper nowadays 😕 1

James_lcfc Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Haven’t watched any PL football at all this season but sat down to watch that one tonight. Proper entertaining. It’s almost a different sport to what you see in the Championship - The different is scary. Yes I know the game involved the current league leaders, but still.
