Haven’t watched much of him, but yeah been very good today. Just not sure how he fits in at England too many attacking options already

I totally agree, southgate though  I’m pretty sure southgate when he got the job said he would be picking players on form and not reputation… I have yet to see that

He did at the start going into 2018 world cup. Then went back to the "England way" picking players on reputation as you say. Which as been that way for the last twenty years. I do think sometimes the fa get involved with who gets picked, especially if there the poster boys. Imagine if st rashford dont get picked, fa would have a melt down.
