Doesn’t look like a good move at the moment for Madueke, further down the pecking order with Palmer potentially coming in. I do wish we had the money at the time to get him in, seemed like he absolutely wanted to come. Maybe next season…

It's revealed that Ernest Nuamah, who was sold for a record fee from FC Nordsjaelland to Lyon, was in fact sold to RWD Moolenbeek in Belgium (owned by the same group as Lyon) and loaned out to Lyon with an option to buy.

 

This is to seemingly circumvent FFP rules.

Surely it won't last long before UEFA step in and try to stop this nonsense.

Well surely you recognise my point was exactly that it isn't fair. They circumvent FFP by doing an accounting trick, which defeats the intention.

Yeah I recognise your point, but if they have the means to do it and there's no rule against it, then they aren't doing anything wrong.

Very surprised at that because he becomes unsellable if he become a player.

 

A £65m offer in two years and Wolves will only see £35m, the player shouldn't be happy with this as he'll be priced out of a big move if it ever happened.
