+7 points gained after the 70th minute of games, god knows how many we lost in the same period last season

If we are in PL, we would have been behind already …

Just not enough goals in this team, we could have easily lost again as on the first day so can’t moan too much. I don’t think the style of play is particularly helping though, we seem to need the perfect passage of play just to create an opening, but Vardy coming on to mix things up helped towards the end.

... the lack of intelligence from the wings is hurting us so much!!!

Poor decision-making, not driving at the fullbacks and hitting the line to cut back whilst picking someone out. Balls are being tossed into the box as a matter of course instead of using their head in those situations.

Mavididi only seems to shoot at the keeper, pick a spot and take the pace off your shot!!

Some of the expectations on here. lol

We have lost out best two players and 7 other.

A shit show pre season.

Work in progress.

It was Cardiff at home

also spent significantly more than any other club if you are going to talk about the outgoings

A shithouse win. Happy days. It’s going to take more than this across the season though to climb back into the big 6 play pen.

Some dreadful stuff on show today. Some dodgy performances. Enzo needs to get us singing. At the moment we’re on the verge of croaking.

Tough to watch when we're floundering and can't pick a pass or when the final ball fails time and time again.

We're far from being Maresca's ideal side and we badly need strength in depth out wide, but the more chances some of these players get, the better they'll hopefully get.

Really chuffed for Wanya to get a lovely first goal for the club. And for Casadei to score on his debut will really help him settle in.

3 wins and we've not even started playing well yet.

Come September, hopefully we've shift the players the manager doesn't want and recruited some much need creativity.

And if we were in the Premier League we’d have a better squad, so what’s your point?

We were lucky not to be behind with our silly mistakes at the back (and shakiness at the back generally with Vesty and Faes). If Cardiff had been more clinical in the second half, they would have scored before we did. That is the point.

And by the way, we have better players but they were not in the team. Marcal gave away the ball so many times on the right. Albrighton should have come on earlier. If Praet on the bench, maybe he could have come on instead.

Chelsea should be winning the league on that basis and the European Cup.

I don't think any of us can claim we have played particularly well in any of our matches so far. The difference to last season is the opposition can't finish for shit.

Something hasn't clicked yet and everything just feels way too off the pace. Doesn't help that Vestergard does everything in his power to slow down any attack from the back by continually playing sideways.

But if we've won 3 out of 3 when we aren't playing well, hopefully it bodes very well for when things fall into place. Wingers need to be more confident in taking on their man and getting the ball in.

Still early days but we've got the job done.

Three games where we've looked like title contenders for 30mins and terrible for 60.. 9points though.. at this stage of the season it's all that matters until the window shuts

Well, we didn't play shit - as some are suggesting.  First half we played really well and but for some good goalkeeping and the post we could have been a few goals ahead, whilst cardiff had done little.  Annoyingly, we let ourselves down with some poor game management (the way we were controlling the ball, we shouldn't have let cardif have a touch that minute of injury time), otherwise we'd played them completely out of the game by the time they scored - they looked desperate and messy.

The goal obviously gave cardiff a huge boost and they were much better start of second half, and yes they had some good chances and might have done better, but so did we and could also have done better - doyle being particularly unlucky.  At the end of the day, yes we had a sloppy period of play, but these periods are getting briefer and less impactful each game.

A decent performance - could have been better, but certainly better than we've been in the first two games.

7 points clear of Leeds before August Bank Holiday is wild.

What ifs!

What if Nacho shot had gone in rather then hut the post, Madividi had slotted his 1-1.

Ramsey scores 1 goal out 50 shots like that.

Fun sponge

Ffs....3 games in and 9 points.  Yes we ride our luck at times but people forget we could easily have been 3 up before Ramsey wonderstrike....I don't get we were very lucky at all and the stats don't suggest that either.....admit it was a crap stream but we should have been out of sight by half time....christ this place would be in meltdown if we were on 2 points like Leeds....it will take time and we will also lose when unlucky....do some people on here expect us to be playing glorious football 3 games in when we don't even know what our squad will look like in 2 weeks time....
