Yes the performance wasn’t great but here we are with 9 points from our first three games.

This period is always strange whilst the transfer window is still open as uncertainty surrounds everything. We’re missing our main summer signing and yet 100% record.
I have no doubt this team will just get better and better as the season goes on which is worrying for the rest of the division

Happy with that win but it was a very tough game to watch. Cardiff offered nothing outside of the chances we handed to them on a plate. I sense a bit of unhealthy cockiness which Enzo will hopefully remove from the squad.

Great that Wanya and Casadai scored. Aside from the goal, I wasnt too impressed with Wanya, needs some more time or a loan.

Ndidi was very good actually. Vesters and Faes had a good first half but poor second half. KDH poor. Everyone else was ok.

Wow! Can't keep doing that every week, can we?

We got very complacent towards the end of the first half, and it cost us with Ramsey's goal. Looked very jittery in the 2nd, but didn't quit and shit housed a win. Nice to see a bit of spirit towards the end there - FNQ.

People said we'd start slowly, and that's certainly been the case in terms of performance. Miles ahead of them in the first half and showed flashes at Huddersfield, but we've looked average otherwise.

That said, we're obviously going to be able to grind out wins and punish teams in the last few minutes - things we were appalling at under Rodgers where we would look outstanding until the inevitable 95th minute goal conceded.

Big improvement in mentality is evident, but we do need to see much more creativity up front and stability at the back.

Away in Rome so trying to follow on the match thread so am i right on thinking we are useless but have won every game we have played. Sure some on the match thread wanted us to lose. Take the ugly scrappy wins and just wait for us to gel.

Other than the last 30 seconds it was a really comfortable first half

Poor 2nd half with an injury winner from a debutant

Shithousing and winding them up keeping it in the corner with one of them lashing out to get sent off

A proper scrappy Championship win that, love it!

4 wins from 4 and onto Rotherham! :appl:

A win is a win. But best to put that one behind us and focus on the next one. CC with the perfect start.

Rudkin needs to pull his finger out to sort the squad. They had an interview with Brighton’s CEO on five live earlier about their approach, and the way he talks about how they go about their business is night and day from us.

That said, two keepers on the bench is silly - stop it.

Too of the league without playing particularly well - can’t be too unhappy with that. We’ll have to click at some point though.

Well done on sticking with it until the end. If this is us when we play averagely, I can’t wait until we play well! :scarf:

We were fortunate.

KDH & Madividi guilty of turning the ball over far too easily in the 2nd half (often from a lack of understanding it seems). Once we turn the ball over we are woefully open at the back - Vestegaard just cannot track a run with his lack of pace.

Winning however is a habit & Lady Luck is with us at the moment (unlike last season). When we get our act together & with a few more additions, we can play our way out of this league.

Get out of jail free card, we are certainly riding our luck. Happy to shithouse a win.
When is Coady back?

Can we start Souttar. Vesty is too slow.

Faes. Mate - he always blame others doesn’t he.

3 games in a row weve not played well and won just shows how bad the standard of this league is. As soon as we play a decent side we could be in trouble. Got to be so much better

Statistically the best start in LCFC history after four games in all competitions.

Took us until October 20th to get to nine points last season.

Just keep picking up the points and hopefully the obvious issues will be mostly sorted come the end of the transfer window. :scarf:

Didn't see the game, just grateful for 3 points.  It didn't sound great, think we just need to find some real form now, rather than the "shithouse" wins.
