Not pretty but couldn't ask anymore than 4 wins from 4. Great for Mcateer to get 2 goals. Winks was a class above again and I think you'd be hard pushed to find many better centre mids in this league than him and Casadei. Casadei just oozes quality, always wants the ball and moves the ball forward well and his runs into the box cause problems and today his run lead to Mcateers winner, dragging the full back into the box with him and allowing the space for Mcateer. Faes was brilliant again. KDH is very frustrating and gives the ball away so much, toss up for me whether it's him or Ndidi to make way for Casadei

Not the greatest display... Ndidi was pretty awful and not convinced by Mavididi.

 

Great to see JJ on the pitch and fair play to Uncle Vester who had a decent game despite being caught in no man's land for the goal. Well played you big lug.

 

Nacho is class. I guess we'll never see him and Vardy linking up under Maresca. 

 

It's ticking along! Looking forward to watching the team evolve.

It's 4 wins from 4 and you can't argue with that.  We have seriously rode our luck though to get those results.  We've got literally no striker that can hit a barn door and that will be our undoing if we don't sort that.   

 

We've won 4 without really playing well so that bodes well, but we need a striker in whose gonna ya know......score

We have a good mixture of youth and experience Still looking a work in progress side but to keep grinding out results without being totally in sync is extremely promising.

There must be a better option than Vesty though imo, fails to control the box at set pieces he’s far too passive for me needs to be more aggressive and fcuking want that ball every time.

He probably has reasonable stats with passing but that’s because he very rarely plays a ball other than the safe short pass.

Being hypercritical perhaps, but I do think we need to really blow someone away fairly soon to get the confidence and expectation going in the stands as well as on the pitch.

 

We saw in 2013-2014 and 2015-2016 how difficult a place to visit the KP was simply because everyone in the stadium expected us to win, and it helped us play with a swagger that isn't quite there this season. When we'd go one up in those seasons, that was usually that. We still look a bit nervous going one nil up at the moment, but that perhaps isn't going to go overnight after two years of fragility.

Was thinking this myself, McAteer central (not really a winger, despite todays positives and fair play to the lad), KDH comes out until he decides to bother his arse and complete a pass. 

Winks, McAteer, Casadei and a winger coming in might be the way to go.
