Leicesterpool Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Just now, Samilktray said: We simply have to show more ambition than to even consider hiring Mark Robins as our next manager Budget limits us, five years ago we were the most attractive job in the premier league around, now with possible points deduction and maybe no money in bank for transfers it don't look exciting. It's more of a job for someone whose keen to manage in the premier league.

We’ve lost our whole management team just as we get promoted to The Premier League as Champions. When has that happened before? How can that be positive? We are now favourites to be relegated with the bookies ahead of both Ipswich and Southampton. Enzo has absolutely shithoused us. 2 2
Molson Canadian Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Niko Kovac is my leading choice. The more I have read about him and his coaching style so far in his career is very appealing. Whether we could attract him to come however is another story. 1
Wymsey Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Is it official that the club have got 'no money in the bank'? Imagine if Vichai was around, he'd be fuming - if this is true.
dr.o.ball Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Did Rob Edwards do a brilliant job with Luton? I think so but they did bottle it a little towards the end. He would be my 1st choice but I could be wrong.

For the billionth time. No. It’s the complete opposite, we’ve spent far too much money, which is why we’re on the naughty step. 4
KFS Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Thinking about some of the players available on loan and frees out there, I’d actually like to see Corberan’s 4-2-3-1 with higher quality players. Think about Emile Smith-Rowe as a 10, Ricky and Kristiansen bombing on and a proper decent forward brought in 1

Ask West Ham fans. Not saying I’d want Moyes, we need a manager that will keep us up, this entertainment shit is bollocks.. Enzo wasn’t exactly entertaining, it was shocking sometimes, probably most… Not really bothered.if he goes. He’ll be sacked before Christmas. Which would have of happened with us. I’d rather have the 10m for him. We need a team that can fight next season. Edited 27 May 2024 by WalMelton 1 1

Imagine if Vichai was around, he'd be fuming - if this is true. There's a real big distinction between what we have and what we can spend. In a weird way, not being allowed to spend probably isn't hurting the club recover from the debt. We were absolutely thrashed by covid, we're one of the most reliant on match day revenue clubs in the country. Covid hurt us more than most because it came at a time when we were pushing to try and break the top four and then we didn't. We've massively shed the wage bill since then, we made a lot in sales of Maddison and Barnes. Not suggesting we're very healthy financially but I doubt we're in immediate peril. The bigger problem is we still aren't out of the water in terms of FFP and we're not really allowed to spend a great deal. 2 2
dr.o.ball Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Chelsea sack him Xmas ish, Enzo walks with 30+ million, perhaps ge smarter than we thought
Leicesterpool Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 Shows times have changed by now, previously every time news a manager is leaving or left. MON always gets a shout, probably the first time ever MON is not mentioned

Don’t care about being entertained as the last season was painful….to survive next season it will be finding a formula to compete - give me moyes over all the names on the list above ….he is a top prem manager and we should make him our no.1 target as he will do a good job somewhere in the prem in the next 12 months
Mickyblueeyes Posted 27 May 2024 Posted 27 May 2024 In every managerial search with KP, never has the initial search poll, rumour etc. been true. From Nige coming back to Enzo, they just seem to surprise us. Wonder how it will go this time. 1

Team is totally the opposite of that. 1
