I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Andy King a few times. An absolute gentlemen. I’m glad he’s back at the club but for those parents who have young players with us, it’s really good they have someone like him now to learn from.

Had the pleasure of meeting Andy King at a charity do once. He was surprisingly down to earth, and VERY funny.

Huge coup.

They’d literally be better off with him in charge.

Maybe thats the plan, sometimes assistants take over when manager is fired.  :giggle:

The club have yet to add the new "assistant/goal keeper coach" who appeared on our bench against West Ham to the list of staff on the club website. Is he a consultant or something!

Website standards have dropped, it took them half a season to add photos for LCFC women new signings, and so far none of the coaching staff since Enzo left have photos either, I think it took them about a month to add Cooper's coaching staff after he joined.

So give it till end of Jan then should be there.  Maybe photos by summer break.

I was going to say maybe they read my post, but website still looks the same today, its also harder to use on desktop now, its a bit of a challenge to navigate to men staff now as the menu fades out of view when moving the pointer.  The website seems to have implemented mobile device design, looks a lot plainer than a few months ago.

I'd love to know if Alcock has gone. All the reports say that Jelle has come in as 'Assistant / Goalkeeping Coach'. I don't know if that means Assistant MANAGER AND Goalkeeping Coach (surely we won't have 2 Coaches).

It is rubbish that we can't get our act into gear to update the Staff section on the website.

Took weeks for the old set piece coach Lars Knudsen to get a work permit, it can drag on for ages and you can’t really speed it up

And that’s incredible quick. In the real world would take a lot longer.

This club is a complete shambles.

Employ a manager, that is the caretaker manager of another club that beats us twice. With little proven track record. No premier league experience. And seemingly no back room staff to bring in and/or lack of due diligence done on the availability or feasibility of his staff.

We can only pray that those three currently below us continue to be as much of a shambles as we are.

Hopefully we hear some news this week because we need a defensive coach so so badly.

A defensive coach isnt going to do much when the centre backs we have available arent good enough.

Don't think the club had candidate managers/coaches knocking down the door. RvN has got more Premier League exposure than Enzo. S'pose the club could have gone for that Portugueser out of the Saudi league.

It’s not just the CBs, it’s the structure of the team.

Don't think Top and Rudkin no anything other then who are other clubs linked to.

First Enzo was linked to Southampton and then Celtic, so they thought a up let's go for him other clubs want him so he must be good. And now with RVN, first Coventry wanted him and then some club in the 2nd division of the German league wanted him so again they went for him because other clubs wanted him.

Top and Rudkin haven't got the footballing abilities to thoroughly research other candidates worldwide who could be better for Leicester

We sacked Cooper one game after an international break. We have known for weeks Cooper might have been gone, how were we not doing due diligence on other managerial options rather than a knee jerk reaction to bring in RVN on the back of a 4 game caretaker stint at United.
