What a load of utter pile of brown tosh pot that is. I don't give a monkeys about any of that.

Utterly ridiculous idea that is so poo that I'll watch golf or snooker if that actually happened.

Darts are on in leicester tonight if you want something else to watch.

The changing rooms should be a sanctuary during match days and the only people that should be in there are players, managers, coaches and relevant support staff.

And whose interested in media trained interviews during matches when you want to see the action and not some player in a small box at the bottom corner of your screen reciting clichés.

While we are at it …. Why do the tv companies insist on putting shots of managers on their coverage so bloody much… when I go to watch a match I do not spend time every 3 minutes watching the manager … and don’t get me started on endless replays during the match to the detriment of missing actual live coverage… do it at half time …no one needs to see the same goal 50 times anyway

But the manager is the 1 that makes you win, lose or draw, if a player makes a mistake it’s down to the manager of course they should be seen every time so they can be held accountable 🤷‍♂️

Not strictly PL but they appear to be the clubs that have changed their nickname, US, Chelsea, Forest, even Man City are rarely referred to as the Citizens now being  the City.

May be an image of football, American football and text

Haven't they tried to claim it back as Cityzens? Which is used by absolutely no one outside of Sky Sports HQ.

I don't know, I've not heard them called that for a few seasons now, just City  even in the Merc they refer to them as City and us as Leicester which I find very confusing when reading.

Man City still use "Citizens".

Not sure why the "City" thing upsets people tbh. People seem to think it's a new thing but commentary have used "City" a long time. Even when Dickov scores the goal against Gillingham the commentator shouts "City". Everybody calls Man United "United".

I like nicknames though and a lot of changed on there now. Sunderland (probably prompted by their ground move, granted) and Huddersfield being two more.

That's fair enough but if a City is playing against another City then I think it's just lazy and disrespectful to the fans supporting the other City who refer to their team as the city,  so why not use their official nickname of Citizens.

The Merc recently had an editorial on Man City's 'crimes' and how it affects us I found it very confusing reading it when they exclusively used city for Manchester.

Cityzens / Citizens is the lamest nickname going, I'd rather not have one than have that

Whenever they spell it with a Y I want to commit acts of violence.

They always were, everyone referred to them as notts, even their fans. This nottingham bollocks is a recent thing. It's like they collectively felt the need to be offended by something.

Yeah those things are crap. But does anyone else remember the half time interviews with Fergie in the ITV Champions League years?

Brian Little at half time too during the '94 Play-off Final.

Bizarre.

Fergie sacked!! Well so the press claim. Hes set to leave his role as club ambassador at Man U. Never should have remained after he retired, every manager hes felt his shadow hoovering over them since he retired.

New tv dates and some rearranged fixtures not shown on tv

The broadcast selections in the UK for Premier League fixtures in December and January have been announced.

Below is the revised schedule, including fixtures which have been moved due to European matches. All kick-off times are 15:00 GMT unless otherwise mentioned.

As in previous seasons, special arrangements have been made to allow more time between fixtures played across the festive match rounds. This will allow greater time for players to recover, with the rest periods from rounds 17 to 20 being increased to ensure that no club play within 60 hours of another match.
