If I’m not mistaken 5 out of their starting 11 were playing in League One for Ipswich two seasons ago. Pretty remarkable but also further embarrassment for us that they are above us.

Do the likes of Brentford, Fulham, Palace and Charlton etc have many core fans or are large percentages tourists?

People do know we have accumulated 14 points so far this season. Mighty Ipswich, Wolves and Everton, our closest have no more than 3 points to us. Despite their exceptional fight, determination and superior squads. Crazy that.

Which we will see with results in the next 3 games, I look at our next 8 games and with the exception of Arsenal at home on 15th February believe we can get a result in 7/8. Whereas the last 5 games on paper the reality looked more like 1/5 games where we had a chance of getting something.

In terms of tourists- Fulham do, Charlton did. Don't know about Brentford. Palace I would think are mostly core fans.

Cannot have them escape the relegation zone no way no how!

What Ipswich does have is grit and that's something we need more of and certain players stop committing football suicide on a regular basis.

Agreed but we’ve also come off 3 games against far superior opposition. The wolves result is the only game in which we should’ve got something this season and we didn’t. 
 

The next 6 are massive for me.

We had a chance to go 8 points clear a few weeks ago...and now we're 3 behind.

They're kicking on, we're stagnating. 

3 could become 6 or 7 very very quickly
