Too be fair if he had a decent keeper and striker they would be flying, Sanchez is appalling and Jackson whilst he does score a few he is very inconsistent and makes some really poor decisions when in very good positions.

Yeah, seeing a fair few people defending him on the basis of the squad. Which is crazy with how much they've spent

Yeah but Enzo ain't spent it.

I agree, but surely with that much spent you'd think there'd be enough quality that it doesn't really matter, is my point.

I dunno.  It's like coming here and someone saying "Hang on mate we spent £70mill in the summer, we've got options" and you look around and see Skipp gawping at you.

Fair enough and I won't pretend to know the specifics, but if the 10 players and 200million odd they've spent in the summer were all Oliver Skipp level signings, that is truly truly shit

Still isn't a red card, even in slow motion when it usually looks worse.

I remember seeing one given at the emirates a few years ago when someone was tripped over as they ran past the coaches. No attempt to play the ball = just took out the player. Not dangerous but decision was that it was  serious foul play. Can’t recall if it was an arsenal player who was sent off

a lot they've bought for the seasons before Enzo were Skipp level for them tbf. They'd improve us, but Chelsea are operating at a much higher level. Just like how Skipp would improve Blackburn but is a bit shit for us.

All this revelling in a forest defeat is a bit cringe, we should stay quiet given the gulf between the clubs right now.

And if one admittedly heavy defeat means their title challenge is over then does that mean it's back on if they win the next?

Depends on whether some on here stop wanking about them

Would always revel in a defeat as much as they have probably been doing so many times this season for us.

Our own plight is for us to deal with. Doesn't mean we can't enjoy them being brought down a peg or two with a defeat like today's.

And no, a win for them doesn't mean it's back on because the gap to Liverpool got bigger today lol

I think any forest fans laughing at defeat for us back in 2016 would have been cringe given the gulf between the clubs.

What a weird take.

Liverpool fans would rightly be asking why wasn't this a red card against the Ipswich player.

Be a red card in rugby potentially..

Let alone football really.

Amazed it wasn't upgraded. Absolutely no need to go jumping in like that.

It happens every time they look vaguely competent. Pure Forest Panic. They put a few wins together and Foxestalk decides they're winning the lot. Us being shit has just made it worse because some are determined that our relegation will be compounded by Forest having another golden spell while we languish in League One. Pure dooming.

In reality? They'll be decent for a couple of years, but not UCL decent, have a few fun European trips before being knocked out by much wealthier clubs and their best players will be picked off by the PSR-immune mob. After a couple of years, they'll return to relegation battles that they will eventually lose.

Offensive that this Forest team has been compared to our title-winning side. Genuinely don't even think they're as good as we were in the first two years under Rodgers.

Nowhere near, especially going forward.
