Glad we played and beat Spurs when we did but how we haven't beaten Utd so far this season is embarrassing.

This game is so stretched and scrappy. Surprised it's still 1-0.

This is comically bad

Exactly the phrase I used on our family WhatsApp 20 mins ago.  Considering the amount of cash spent on these two squads it’s disgraceful really.

In those weeks we played Newcastle, Chelsea, Arsenal, Villa and Liverpool.

And we beat Villa.

So you've lost five games you expected to lose and won one you didn't? Same as us.

A lot of talk pre match about youngsters and there are all still sat on the bench, barely even gone for a warm up.

Bit Sunday league, but its been quite a fun watch in a way.

My point being we were hardly going to pull away from any one with that run of fixtures, which people on here didn't take into account when they said we would.

My point is that the bottom four are all absolutely crap. You'll struggle to get a Rizla paper between 17th and 18th come season's end.

Quite a substantial protest going on now at TH stadium by fans who have stayed behind.

Again, showing our lot up as being gutless.

Wolves will soon pull away like Everton have. They look several levels better than us.

Completely agree with this. Yes, they are only two points ahead of us but it's patently obvious they are much better than we are. And yes, they lost away at Liverpool but thinking we can fihish above them with the squad we have compared to their's is delusional. Don't do it to yourselves.

Wolves are shit, Ipswich are shit and Everton are shit. Us being shit doesn't change any of that

Everton were shit under Dyche. I think you’d struggle to make a case for them being shit under Moyes.

Everton's team is shit but Moyes is a good experienced manager and that makes a huge difference. I don't dislike Ruud I just feel he wasn't and isn't the right man for us right now. I think we'd have a better chance of staying up with someone like Dyche in charge. Would be terrible to watch but it's all about survival and right now it seems unlikely with Ruud.

They're still shit but they're battlers. It's a poor squad still

Yeah don't disagree with that. But Ruud is far from the biggest problem

Oh 100%, like I said, I don't dislike Ruud but in the situation we are in, with the squad we have, you need an experienced coach who can polish a turd like Moyes has done with Everton. Tough as there probably aren't too many out there now with the likes of Hodgson, Allardyce etc too old and out of the game now. Only one would be Dyche but he wasn't getting a tune out of Everton so there's nothing to suggest he'd get a tune out of our rabble. I do think he'd make us defensively stronger but our inability to score would be the same under Dyche
