Our board's obsession with Graham Potter is another red flag. He's seriously average.

He'd have been an upgrade on both our choices but you sit through an awful lot of waiting before getting progress with him. Still not proven in this league, for me. His last six months at Brighton has done a lot of heavy lifting on his record.

Speaking of the little gremlin, seeing Youri and Barnes in this game just reminds me of how criminal it was we got relegated in the first place.

Still makes me angry.

To be fair, not many teams Coukd survive without a goalkeeper.

Southampton equalize

So Derby's record is safe.  Saints can only be equal worst and with them still having to travel to the KP, they will likely get the extra point they need.

For the benefit of @Kp1984 that's a good thing by the way  - local rivals, bragging rights etc... I'll let someone else explain it to you.

My reason is that I took pride in us being the top side in the region. It’s not like I know loads of Forest fans or have grief from them, but it is a positive thing for the club to be the top side. It will mean we can develop our youth sides with the best local talented players for example. Forest taking our place now puts us at a disadvantage compared to them.

So the way I see it, if people are saying they’re happy for Forest or fair play etc, I just see it as being the following reasons:

1. Being edgy, or dismissive of the local factor, like Forest fans do.

2. Not really understanding the factor I said above.

3. Not really a passionate supporter, perhaps more of a neutral fan than a Leicester fan.

I don’t see how anyone can be knowledgeable of how football works, a true passionate supporter and honest, can be of any other view than wanting them to fall short.

I hear you

Part of me thinks that our fans deserve every piss take remark we receive though as we’re so blummin placid and have been for years.

Things could’ve been done 2.5-3.5 (I’m more on the 3.5 years side of things) years ago but most stood back and chose to do nothing other than worship Rodgers and repeat his press conferences verbatim as if brainwashed by the bloke. In that regard I’ve very little sympathy for our ‘plight’ and other sides fortunes.

I agree to an extent. The club and the majority of the fans deserve everything coming to them. But just not Forest being overly successful

If it takes a large portion of our fan base to have their noses rubbed in it by them lot up the road, and it means they might be less placid in the future, then good.

4. Disaffected with modern football and in particular the current incarnation of LCFC.

Don't get me wrong I'd like them to blow it, but I'm closer to 'meh' than I probably would've predicted if somebody had told me this scenario a couple of years ago.

Of course it is....lol

The one and only reason is schadenfreude.  Taking pleasure in their misfortune, having the bragging rights and for the piss taking opportunities.

Personally, I feel as if I squandered it as Forest became so irrelevant that I forgot that they even existed.

I’m a Leicester fan it’s just all I hear from a lot of our fans I’ve never understood the constant comments from our fans towards forest cov fans etc. if all they care about is the other clubs failing it’s abit sad

We have literally nothing to enjoy this season. Literally nothing. We are reduced to this.
