Defensively solid. Great on the counter… bit frightening really, they could win two or three trophies this year.

Because he baste’s himself regularly in his own self importance.

 

Away from the camera he’s  on first name terms with many players and managers and it seeps out into his commentary.

He probably thinks that it's impressive that he knows their first names given that they play for a club outside of the big 6.

people can laugh whatever, but pep isn’t a good tactical/technical manger he is a fraud.. I said it years ago.. he isn’t Ferguson or a wenger, no way..

Wenger built a team several times over and so did Fergie..  yeah I hate both teams but those are proper mangers.. pep just had a chequebook and used it well… not near wenger or Ferguson in terms of ability in my view

I mentioned nothing of Ferguson, nor Wenger, both of whom are amazing managers. Wenger in particular is one of my favourite all time managers. It’s the hyperbole of words such as “fraud” and “isn’t good” that undermine the point you are attempting to make.

He is a fraud, sorry pep has no tactical nous been known for a long time. All good when you have a billion pound squad with some of the all time great players… he hasn’t managed like Ferguson with Aberdeen, all the teams pep has managed have been built not made by him
