Bournemouth away results so far this season:

1-1 v Forest

3-2 v Everton

0-3 v Liverpool

Also lost 1-0 away at West Ham in the cup.

Little lucky to not have the full set without a win given what happened at Everton, which is their only win this season (though hopefully they get another tomorrow). We've also got 48 hours rest on them.

Doesn’t matter if we only have 8 shots though

Which manager do you realistically think we can afford to get to replace Cooper? I think most of you are deluded.

In the words of the great messiah FOAD.

Depends on the positions of those 8 shots.

We have the lowest xG per shot in the league atm. We’re creating very little and they’re of poor quality

Based on which data? Understat has quite a few teams below us and FBref has West Ham below us.

The combination of lowish quality AND low volume is a big issue for us.

No one is deluded.

You appear to just live under a rock.

That was midweek when I last checked so it must have changed with yesterday’s results. Either way we’re chronically unthreatening

The balance definitely isn't right at the moment.

Last chance saloon for Cooper on Saturday.

A draw won't save him, unless we have a dramatic improvement on the field in terms of our attacking intent and positivity.

Surely, Fatawu has to start?!

Mads

JJ

Faes

Okoli

Kristensen

Skipp

El Khannous

Fatawu

Buenenotte

Mavididi

Vardy

Ricardo, Ndidi, Winks, Ayew and Edouard from the bench

FWIW I think he’ll pick Winks, Ndidi and Ayew for Skipp, El Khannous and Fatawu. Will also use a max of 3 subs

Hard to see past a draw. We either score first and drop off till the inevitable equaliser, or we concede first and the players abandon the "match plan" and we find a way to score.

our average shot distance at 18.5 yards is the longest in the league so safe to say it's not gonna be particularly well positioned

Think I'd probably swap El Khannous for Ndidi in this set up

My boys mascot for this one. Hoping he can bring us some luck. We need to get our first win soon.

I believe Cooper wants to replace him with a mascot who has more premier league experience

Fail to win this and cooper must go. Rudkin must be looking at replacements surely.

If they don't already have a prospective short-list, just in case, then they're not very good at what they do...

Oh, wait :P

I mean this is the team isn’t it (apart from Ricardo should be in for JJ but it seems that’s never happening). We can all see it. Everyone can. I’m not saying we’d be great. But clearly this is the team that we all want to see and that would give us the best chance of winning.

Won’t happen though will it.

His tactic could just about work if instead of pushing the winger central and overlapping with a fullback, they use Ricardo inverting into the central area and add additional passing options. We keep the ability to then use both wings. Fatawu is more than capable of defending a wing as well.
