Sat in Piccadilly waiting for the train home. Had a great day with my lad, but **** me that was shit. Is that seriously the best Cooper can muster? Does he just want the sack and payoff? Far worse than expected, and some of the players on the pitch are capable of better.

I think the game just sums up where we are at the minute. We play some ok stuff at times, look competitive for most of it, but lack quality in both boxes. I've got no enthusiasm for Cooper but I'm still not as convinced as others that we'd be much better off with anybody else we could realistically get

I agree with his assessment too. Thing is, it's like me diagnosing the problem on my car is the clutch. But I dunno how to fix it.

So you get someone in who does.

I've diagnosed an issue with a valve on my boiler. I don't have the qualifications or competence to deal with it. I'm getting someone in who does. Top needs to recognise the same. And, unlike last time, before it's too late.

We really missed Bobby Decordova-Reid this afternoon. Different outcome if he plays

Absolutely loves a loan at Plymouth; which would be my plan for him ASAP.

Anyone else noticed Winks arguing with Cooper at the sideline?

You can see Winksy’s frustration with his manager week in week out on the pitch. He was our best player today (despite his rubbish set pieces.) Going from a master tactician and motivator in Maresca to Cooper’s chaos must’ve knocked a football technician like him for 6.

Feel for you, I'm already home. We left as soon as they got the third. And even by then I couldn't take much more.

Completely agree ( I’ve just walked in the door ) I left soon as the  third goal went it too, frustrated, however thought the first 15 mins we looked good but then the tide turned , wasn’t expecting us to get anything anyway.

Gutted Vardy didn’t play

keep the faith , on to the next game , that’s all we can do. 🦊🦊

Like I said a while ago.

Xga vs xg will start to show itself on the score sheet.

Don't fancy us to genuinely beat any team in this league

With Cooper in charge, we really are just accepting relegation

Start getting vocal against the chimps that hired him then.

It really is just atrocious. But the people on here who hit you with the "we're not in the relegation zone" point without any context are closer to the clubs thinking than I am.

No need to feel bad for us, we’ve had a good day. We walked in expecting to lose and have enjoyed a day in the city and my lad liked seeing Old Trafford in person. It’s been nice having a few hours to do stuff before coming home.

I learnt my lesson with Rodgers

Decent-ish between the first and second goals, but other than that, to be expected when the team sheet came out. No threat, or belief we could be a threat. Abject defensively.

Annoyingly United weren’t much better, but they knew they didn’t need to be. First time in over 20yrs I’ve left early. Rancid weather driving back to add to a rancid performance overall.

I still don’t have a clue what Cooper’s ‘plan’ is. Everything around the club just feels bland. We’ve shown resilience at times with some late points, but we can’t keep relying on luck, because we simply don’t make enough of it.

That's what fans say at every team sheet (except their dream lineup which turned out to be complete shite), but we've usually shown some fight and urgency - just not today. That's what worries me most, plus Winks having a go at Cooper on the sideline suggests he's lost the dressing room.

Total contrast in Fatawu's effort tracking back compared to Soumare's for United's 3rd goal.

Don't know why we persist with this clown when he can't be bothered with the defensive side, which is critical for a DM.
