hejammy Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 The amount of people that left before 80 mins today must have been a record. So many! Almost seemed half empty. The Cooper effect is just so draining. You can't even get angry now, it's just sheer disappointment or apathyΒ 1

Silva Fox Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 Would genuinely love to hear the rationale from any of those voting to keep him.

shailen Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 I'd give him a few more games. Needs to get a minimum of 7 points from the next 5. Anything less and we should get rid!! 1

ashbyj Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 How can 2 wins in 12 games not warrant management change? Just that basic statistic alone! 2

LFEFox23 Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 Get rid, this isnβt getting any better. Β i canβt remember one match this season where weβve played well for 90minutes!Β
Izzet is God Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 Iβm going to be completely honest and admit that I voted to keep and I still am not 100% in the out camp yet but will be if we donβt get at least 4 points out the next 2 games. I fully agree that our performances this season have been hit and miss but I generally didnβt think weβd stay up this season and am surprised there is such a large amount of our fan base who think we are a decent side who can stay up. Β The majority of our squad are not good enough at this level. This is not Coopers fault. No matter who we have in charge we generally are not good enough to compete IMO. Β Our defence is terrible. Our midfield are not attack minded and we have a 37 year old leading the line on his own. Apart from Mads and Buonanotte (who isnβt even our player) we have no Prem talent. Vardy is exempt as itβs clear heβs not the player he once was and should really be thinking it is close to calling it a day. The whole βlook what Enzo achieved with the same playersβ is not a valid debate as the championship is dire. We should have walked that league and did. Even Southampton and Ipswich proved its miles apart in standard from the Prem. Β No matter what manager is in charge we will not be a decent side unless we get a complete overhaul of the board and squad which isnβt going to happen. Β Iβll give him two more games and if we donβt get at least 4 points. He needs to go to see if anyone else can get something out of the squad. We just need to be less shit than 3 other teams. Unfortunately I donβt think we will be. 1
Bilo Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 1 hour ago, SafewayFox said: How people described Cooperβs brand of football as pragmatic must be one of the biggest ever myths. Β He just sets up defensively without any defensive shape and a knack of conceding so many attempts at our goal. Β Honking manager. I said the same on the match thread. He's either stubborn to the point of narcissism or too limited for any other type of football. Β Enzo was more pragmatic than this clown; look at how he switched up our style of play for Southampton at home when we were wobbling. Hit them on the counter and we were absolutely lethal. 1
Dan Posted 23 November 2024 Posted 23 November 2024 Extremely obvious sacking. To everyone bar those whose decision it is.

There's no improvement, no development and any momentum we've gotten with the odd undeserved result has promptly evaporated. He had the easiest run of games for the first 10, and we could still end up in the relegation spots by the end of the day. Β This squad contains internationals from Belgium, England, Denmark, Ghana, Nigeria, Argentina, Italy, Jamaica, Morocco, Zambia and we can barely make a fight of staying up. It's not acceptable in any way. Edited 23 November 2024 by shen 10
