Hahahaha Top - Family club! That's unbelievable. That's wind back a few months.....

Advisor "Top, the report you asked for on the new sponsors:"

"Pepsi Co - a global instantly recognisable brand who would really help with the 'family image' you want to develop."

Top: "Anyone else?"

Advisor "well there's this dodgy crypto company called BC Game - I didn't think you'd want to consider them as it's as the opposite to 'family image' you can get.

Top "how much they paying?"

Advisor "Top sir, you don't understand, they look dodgy as hell, there's questions over their longevity. Anyway, would you want a gambling firm on shirts that  young fans are going to see all the time? We're trying to be family club aren't we?"

Top "how much they paying?"

Advisor "Twice the amount of Pepsi Co"

Top "Go BC Game"

It wouldn't surprise me if Top hasn't actually grilled the players and this story has just been released to make give look stronger and to gain more respect from outside the club. He's probably had a good laugh with Vardy about how shite the appointment of Cooper was and that it will all be fine with the new manager.

I don't want a "Family Image"

I want my club back, along with the support and atmosphere we once had.

It's his "Family Image" vision that's killed the match day I once loved.

I never read into these articles too much as some of it could be bollocks.

Top and Rudkin need to hold their hands up when they fail. Looks like top has with firing cooper but needs to bin off rudkin too.

He will get them someone else but put a fukin shift in and make it count lads!

Whilst Top, Rudkin and Whelan are running this club it will be in a downward trajectory…. The absolute mess those 3 have overseen in the past 3 years is unforgivable - yet they survive

I might not like it, but Top owns the club. He’s not really accountable to anyone but himself

That video is not a good luck for the club, we dont know who was holding the sign, someone asked by the players, or one of Enzo's fan girls who managed to be at the event as well.  But no club will want that sort of thing from their players, they should always be respecting whoever their current boss is.

As I tried to mention in the expectations ve reality thread I made there is much bigger issues at the club, Cooper may have failed to get respect from some of the players, and not performed to the level Top expected, but Top also needs to look in the mirror at his own decision making, he still has a clown for a DoF, and has overseen an era where we were on the brink of PSR failure, whilst falling backwards on squad value relative to other teams.

Admittedly I don't necessarily understand how Top has been able to speak out at the players about anything BUT the Enzo sign.

The Enzo sign is the damaging thing. He would have approved the Xmas Party probably, especially with the string of games coming up.

Also if he wanted to minimise damages, he should have got rid of Cooper during the International Break. The situation would have been dealt with, and there would be less 'disgrace' piled.

But being honest. Player misses ex coach and has a laugh. That's the real headline. The negativity only increases following the sacking of Cooper, which should have been done earlier.

Model pro Coady being one of those at the forefront of that clip. But professionalism has been issue for a while. Remember Wes Morgan was also one of the players present in that houseparty before the game

I did think that. A man brought in pretty much solely for being a dressing room leader at the heart of it.

I liked it when the kop end at Leicester (Filbert Street) was criticised   for its malevolence - loved it

He can get right in the proverbial bin.

The club is operating to price out families, to make it difficult for generational support, and it doesn't have any clear moral compass when it appoints seedy gambling scams as principle sponsors.

Absolutely.  My kids 12th birthday  this week. Happy birthday  from KPFC, your ticket price has nearly doubled. That means you can't go as much unless you contribute.  Maybe go work in a Thai sweatshop knocking out adidas football shirts that can be sold for a fortune . Chris Sutton comments on christmas party as part of his predictions "There are photos of the squad out in Copenhagen this week for their Christmas party, and if they are holding that in November then something is wrong..." given the December / festive schedule when would the oracle suggest a team holds it's Christmas party, January? what a Trotters Independant Trader
