We appointed Ruud quickly rather than dragging it out, he'll sort out bringing more coaches in with time.

 

Remember how long it took for Lars Knudsen to be granted his work permit?

There will be at least 2 new backroom team joining just to get us back to where we were pre Cooper leaving, what will be interesting will be if Ruud has the agreement or desire to bring more in and if he feels he can integrate the remaining staff into his style and methods.

This forum is madness 😂 we’re all a bunch of overly hormonal nutters……. The bloke probably hasn’t even had a shit yet at Seagrave, let alone put his entire backroom staff together in a few days 😂

I imagine during the contract negotiations he would have asked for an exclusive only for his personal use bathroom.
