I gave him a chance but subbing off our best fullback and putting the one responsible for the second goal is just frustrating to watch. I don't understand how anyone can think that was a good move.

Clearly doesn't have any faith in his bench. Like to see if he's so slow when he has more players he actually wants. 

Never known a manager to.change centre backs so often, I know sometimes it's forced.

He's not got any chance with the fullbacks and wingers on both sides of the pitch. Unless he sorts that out he will get the sack.

This is the lowest I’ve ever felt watching  this club. There is absolutely nothing to be positive about. The whole club from top to bottom is rotten.
 

I have a bit of sympathy with Ruud. I don’t think he’s good enough. Not even close. But this squad is pathetic. I’m not sure anyone would keep us up. We had a better squad last year in the championship. Make sense of that.  
 

The only chance we have is if our January signings are off the charts but you just know it isn’t going happen.

We’ve been battered every game other than the Man City game where I couldn’t believe how good we were and the Wolves game who basically played against a team without anyone in goal. Every other game we’ve been absolutely dire and as bad as it was with cooper

Cooper was the wrong appointment and it’s beginning to look like RVN is too. Difference is cooper had most players fit RVN hasn’t. We need 4 or 5 new players.

They’ve got to get him 3/4 signings before the next game. The lack of dignity of our owner when dealing with potential managers and the way windows go suggests that is unlikely. 
 

Once Ruud does go, we can’t really turn on the next manager so the reality is, it will finally be time to call to account the little boy in charge.

Our goal came from Vardy fluffing it and Mavididi reacting mate. I don’t think you can credit him with that.

Not sure what else he could have done today with the players available.
 

First half we frustrated them but didn’t create much ourselves - can see why he didn’t make any changes.
 

Second half was much the same at the start before conceding a soft goal and then scoring quickly after. The 2nd goal was just another poor individual error from a player bang out of form.  
 

What could he have done differently (within reason):

 - Ayew for Facu - Ayew created our goal and did fine 
- Justin for Hamza - maybe this is something he needs to look at but it’s not the long term answer 

- Changing up the CBs - don’t think our second choice CBs are any better than Vesty and Coady tbh. 
 

We need reinforcements and until then we’re not going to see any change. I still think he’s better than Cooper when you consider the run of games we’ve had and injuries that Ruud has had to deal with.

I think we can. He wins the ball, drives forward, picks out Vardy who shouldn’t really get a shot away with two defenders to manage him however he does, gets it on target and then mavididi coming in as he should at the back post to score. Vardy didn’t fluff anything, and Ayew made the goal.

Guess it’s just me who can see some progress then? I’m not sure how much of this can be pinned on Ruud to be honest.

 

Maybe people need to start voicing more concern over those who run the club, rather than digging out every manager we have. Ruud is not the issue IMO.
