Last 6 we’ve conceded 16 and scored 2. Sorry but that wasn’t happening under Cooper. Not saying he’s the answer either but after a short lived boost it’s a sad reality that Ruud has made us worse.

In what areas precisely are we worse?

….anyone surprised that an inexperienced manager is struggling in the hardest league on the planet, with a totally inept squad and shoestring budget?

Using the old fashioned stats of scoring goals, not conceding them and picking up points.

Ambivalent about him, the squad with no Fatawu & Mads, and the total dross we bought in in Aug aside from Bilal is a basket case, he’s not a miracle worker.

Though neither is he the right man for a relegation dogfight.

Cooper had a better squad available to him. Ruud has a number of key players missing.

I'm supportive of the manager. He's getting the most out of the tools he has.

Is he really?

Come on even a crap manager like Cooper won points.

So many teams in this league have crap players that they can’t shift… but they don’t give them token spaces on the bench, they shun them and give opportunities to young players.

I looked at the squads in the Premier league tonight, every single 20 had at least one player from their U21’s on the bench…. Except us and Wolves.

You’ve got the likes of Man City, Arsenal, Spurs, week in week out giving minutes to their academy graduates.

Yes I know it’s easier when you’re top half. But personally I think there’s no excuse for us not giving two our three bench spots a match to young lads who could come on and have a spark at some point, much rather that than give it to people who don’t want to be here!

Southampton, worst season in their history, the highlight? They unearthed Dibbling who is going to make them a fortune!

Ruud gave me hope this might happen but it’s almost been more insulting talking up our prospects and not giving them a look in.

Situationally, Cooper had a confident squad who just won a league by a mile with everyone fit and new signings full of optimism, Ruud stepped in to a club full of unhappy players, injuries and no confidence whatsoever

Actually think Ruud got the lineup right today, subs made an impact, we have a clear tactical plan...hardly his fault that we are just shit

As Roy Keane would say they his job, his been brought into make a difference.

So we just give him a free pass?

I've seen over 40s league teams play with more tempo and aggression.

And still managed to conclude we needed Ayew, BDCR and a £25m Skipp. Just kept on adding to the festering pile of deadwood.

Thought that was Rudkin? Or do we blame managers when it’s appropriate.

As I said before, Cooper had the squad. Ricardo and Fatawu are huge losses.

How were they unhappy? We weren’t in the relegation zone.

We had ndidi, mads, fatawu and ricardo available, and any points we gained, we never looked deserving of

Sure, but losing 2 two of your relegation rivals at home, conceding 5, scoring 0......

3 home games on the spin without a goal!

No ifs, buts or maybe’s, he needs to start picking up points in the big games if he wants a successful career in management.

6 points dropped to Wolves and Palace at home. Simply not good enough

We do, but you have to find a way!

The result and performance haven't been good enough.
