Makes sense. Think we'll perhaps see a high press again with Ayew involved. Just hope he can get in on the attacking play from Tuesday from the start. He's not as industrious as Facundo but you'd hope he can be useful in the spaces to have the ball played forward to wingers or Vardy.

When Ayew starts he usually has a very poor game, he should be used as a impact sub only. He should never be starting games.

 

That's the only problem with this line up.

My main worry with Ayew is that he kills counter attacks stone dead. Always looking to turn back and keep possession but all our joy against WH came from quick transitions.

I don’t mind that lineup for this match. I wouldn’t overlook okoli if he is not fit as we lack pace at the back but coady and vesty did ok last game.
