Agree with your first part. I was expecting him to run them ragged down the left But he's totally lost his confidence.

 

Another problem with Mav is he doesn't fully understand the game yet. He's got where he is by running rings around defenders most weeks since childhood.

 

Now he's at a different level and is a little lost. Not uncommon with some players. He needs help from the Coaches and I have'nt seen much to date which is an inditement of the Coaches.

 

Lets hope Ruud brings in some top Dutch Coaches to help him and help the players improve individually and get us out of this mess.

We have to take advantage. Hopefully Winks might be back. Starting Ward is an absolute no-go area, has to be Iversen.

John Percy seemed to suggest O'Neil is getting at least January. That suggests they either don't sack him or, if they do, they won't have a replacement in place and they come to us with a caretaker in place.

Pretty sure Stolarczyk has been in the training videos for the past couple of weeks , if he's available it's a no brainer if Mads is injured

Pretty much all of us would 'put a shift in.' Passion isn't a substitute for ability.

 

I'm 40, have tits that bounce when I run, move at a glacial pace these days and have the touch of Donald Trump at a beauty pageant. However hard I work, I will be ineffective on a pitch. 

 

I hope that RVN sees that we don't lack desire, but do lack quality.
