My mate has had my season ticket, he still wanted to go with his lad but personally I just can’t take it anymore. I can take losing, but the mismanagement and lack of direction are really worrying - just can’t see where we go from here.

The only good thing they can do is pack up and sell the club. My question is why are they here?

It seems to me they have lost interest I would rather be owned by someone with less money who actually cared for the club and put the fans / manager first than these charlatans.

Never mind, it's £10 Tuesday.

To be fair, they're clearly trying to be more transparent. That was the budget given to Ruud for new players

Genuine question.  If King Power were to sell up would you have a problem with the club being owned by:

1.  An American franchise that would be simply looking to make money so higher prices, more focus on corporate etc.  Looking to sell on for a profit eg Man Utd.

2.  A nation state with a dubious human rights record.  Eg Newcastle.

3.  A fabulously wealthy individual who wants us as a plaything.  Abramovic did this with Chelsea and they have only survived his departure by finding another fabulously wealthy individual.

I am not saying these are the only options and I am not sure what I think but would be interested in other views.

1. This is essentially what is happening anyway.

2. I think it's difficult. The selfish answer would be to say that this would be perfect. Hard to look at what is happening to Newcastle United with anything other than envy. They have geared everything towards what the fans want and they have ensured that the non-football side of the business is rock solid. That is what I am desperate to see at Leicester. However, I wouldn't be able to sit there comfortably knowing that we're being owned by slave drivers, gay haters and murderers.

3. This is the dream, really. Someone with unlimited money that wants to invest in Leicester and Leicester City. Basically a new Vichai.

1.  Agreed ours have increased but they are still low by PL standards so a new owner would see plenty of scope there.

2.  Pretty much where I stand I think.  I suspect many would just hold their nose and enjoy the ride.

3.  It’s only the dream if the owner has, or forms, an emotional attachment with the club otherwise once the novelty wears off or the money dries up you are in trouble.  I am thinking Ashley at Newcastle here.

The best model is obviously some form of fan ownership as in Germany but there doesn’t seem to be the will for that here.

Supporting a football club is one of life’s mysteries. Well supporting any sports team. I’ve woken up this morning, a grown ass man with responsibilities far bigger but with a genuine feeling of sadness in the pit of my stomach. Like something very close has been taken from me. I can’t explain it. It feels stupid but it is there.

This is personal now with King Power and the rat. They’ve gone after something that does matter and it’s not acceptable.

It’s going to be a long battle to get him out. But we absolutely have to.

So so true. The incompetence and arrogance is beyond belief. As a supporter of over 60 years I have never felt so depressed and angry

It's just crossed my mind that we're actually weaker from this transfer window. It feels like sabotage at this point.

Yes.  We are only an injury to Vardy or Daka (hardly unlikely tbh) away from making Eduard work for his £90k a week.

That is a fair point. Gone of the days of a local businessman done well owning a club. It's an unfortunate choice of very questionable people/groups. Just look at Forest and their owner - a lot of question marks over his conduct, business and potential illegal trade, but he has very quickly, with some PR spin, managed to get Forest fans on his side. They have totally forgotten all the concerns they had.

Let us be honest, most football fans wouldn't really care who owned the club if we were well run and successful.

I still think our Club would be attractive to a new owner - a well known name, good history, stadium/training facilities, and a decent fan base.

Why is it so triggering?

Top is the financier and Chairman of the club - he isn't going to be on the phone to agents trying to get deals done until 11pm last night, that's John Rudkins job.

Top's mistake is hiring him as DOF, and more recently not sacking him - and not putting competent people in charge who can run the club for him while he owns it from a distance.

I don't really give a toss if he's playing polo and spending time with his family, what I'm bothered about is him making decisions to make the club run properly - I'd rather he's out the way and just bankrolling it within the constraints of PSR.

Because he isn't doing the above he needs to go, not because he's swinging a stick around on transfer deadline day.

I know, he doesn't have to be in uk on deadline day but it just seems wrong with the way things are going.

1. Prices are already ridiculous under King Power, the match day atmosphere is increasingly sterile and corporate.

2. King Power is a state monopoly which is tied to a regime with a terrible human rights record.

3. The Thai influencers at the Blackburn game and parade and the ridiculous tour of Thailand that resulted in a wasted preseason suggests that the current owners just use the club as a plaything and as status symbol in their home country.

All billionaires are dodgy, we just need ones who are going to be competent, which these people certainly aren't. In an ideal world we'd have fan ownership or a German style 50+1 model, but that isn't happening.

It’s crazy how we’ve gone from being, what looked like, one of the best run clubs in the league to now the worst run club in the league. The fact Top hasn’t held anybody accountable for it is truly shocking.

Just seen these graphs that the BTG fan channel replied too.

How to compete by spending money wisely(Brentford & Fulham) vs how to struggle to compete by spending it wrongly(Leicester, Southampton & Everton)

There’s a lot of factors on why we’re struggling, but how much of that 258 figure have we pissed down the drain, especially from the 21/22 season.

All I'm bothered about now. We could lose every remaining game this season 6-0, it's a success if we get these scumbags out.

Imagine this.

Leicester have been told information that man city will be charged this season . The charge is over 100 points.

Leicester finish 17th in the league but Man City take Leicesters place.

Rudkin Master class 👏
