It's a great sport sometimes snooker. Well done Mark Allen for doing the interview. I'd have been smashing up the dressing room.

Wow, what a day.

Wu has emerged as my favourite player in recent years, such a beautiful player to watch.

But for Mark Allen to lose in that manner, he may never sleep again.

I think Murphy wins this by at least 5 or 6 in the end.

But as @kingfox has just said, watching Wu is just so enjoyable, not just his play but how he comes across win or lose when I’ve seen him.

Not sure Mark Allen will ever recover from that

I think I'd make Yize the favourite, Murphy has a miss in him, kids 22, no fear, Murphy's bringing a decent bit of baggage in, desperate to win a 2nd title, clock ticking, couple of final defeats including best player in the event in 2015 but lost the final to Bingham.

If this goes close, he's the one with the scar damage......

I bet the snooker organizers are chuffed, as they'll get billions watching the final now from china

I don't want to think about that. Especially in the context of Mark Allen's miss.

I still can't get over that miss, how do you ever get over something like that?

Not sure how the final can live up to the amazing semi finals.

That miss will haunt Allen for the rest of his life, especially  if he never  whenever wins the World title.

Sad really as he seems a good un and has done amazing to lose all that weight.

Hope Wu pulvarises Murphy, but we all know he wont.

So sorry for Mark Allen though I do like Wu. Reminded of the most ever empathetic commentary by Eddie Waring. " he's a poor lad"

Just hope it isn’t like 2020, magnificent semi-finals, followed by a final flop.

Think it will all depend which version of Wu turns up, his performances in finals have been a real mixture.
