He isn’t playing any different to how he has played since the Arsenal away under Cooper.

We don’t have great coaches as no one has really improved, but his passing ability is the same as my nans.

I genuinely think he has bad eye sight.  The amount of passes that end up at the feet of an unmarked opposition midfielder shouldn’t happen.

You could well be right, Maybe he does have an eyesight problem. I think he is improving especially when he has a bit of time on the Ball and can pick the pass instead of being rushed.

We definitely need his pace at the back to cover for JJ when he goes in support of the Winger.

If you ignore the numerous occasions when he had chance to pick a pass without being rushed and still passed it to a Notts County player lol

Yes you are right but that will come with experience, Some players are a little slower to learn. I think he can improve and be a good CB for us.

I didn't say that lol

I'd rather Faes go first at least Hamza will play a part this season due to his combative style.

Also Hamza wouldn't just down tools.

25 years old. 143 appearances in his career - 55 of them in top flight football. If he ain't clicking now in possession, it's unlikely to improve.

Players can improve at any age, Not being funny, But maybe nobody has bother to Coach him how to kick a Ball. He just needs a little help in that Dept.

The best place to learn it is in a Court, like a hand Ball Alley. Where the Ball comes back at you quickly. Liverpool has one I believe in their Training Ground.

It's sounds like you're describing how to improve an 8 year olds foot work not a bloke we spent 15 million quid on.

Okoli is a complete cart horse, and will never improve.

He has improved somewhat so we'll see how he gets on as the season progresses.

He’s had 3 consecutive relegations. 1 in Italy and now 2 with us. He’s only bettered by the 4 consecutive relegations Luke Thomas has had. Neither are good enough and both need to be replaced.

Think it's only 2 for Okoli with us. Not that it is ok.

Has he improved or has the opposition just got worse and worse after several relegations and in effect he looks slightly better against poorer players (even thats debatable).

Has he? I know things are bad but they haven't got that bad just yet

Well certainly the opposition has gotten worse but I think he has improved since he came. He was over hitting nearly every pass then and miss controlling the Ball.

He's better in possession now and protects the ball better, Even breaking the defensive line carrying the Ball forward.

As I said let's see how it goes if he's still here for the season.

We have seen him at 3 levels English football, his ability and mistakes stay the same.  Several times a game he will pass the ball to an unmarked opposition in midfield while under no pressure.  Players aren't even cutting out the passing lane, they are standing still.  Embarrassing.

We know he is shit, he must know he can't pass the ball as he reboots before he kicks it, yet the attacks seem to keep being started by him.  Skipp constantly telling JJ and Sammy to pass backwards and Thomas calling for the ball to then send it back to him doesn't him or our forwards,

If he was a caveman defender who just clatters and hoofs the ball away then he would be of some use this season.

You must be watching a different team this season, I've seen the bloke already about break a mans ankle (not in a tackle) because he stuttered and couldn't control the ball properly to pick a pass

That’s incredible… There can’t be many players in world football who can claim those stats
