Well i think people can FINALLY see why some fans want change within the club

I still think a good majority of our fans don’t see a problem because we’re now heading back to our true level to some bollocks

I don’t believe we have a single fan anywhere who thinks the second tier is out true level.
Everything about our club (Current leadership aside) is a top level club.

Happy to be proved wrong, but surely no one, and certainly not a majority.

I hope the messaging is refined for the next protest. I didn’t care for the personal attacks on Top or Rudkin as they’re counter intuitive, but the tagline “Premier Ambitions. Amateur Decisions” was really, really effective. There needs to be protests at every single game from now on.

Said it elsewhere but don't agree with the bit in bold - that subconsciously gives way too much credit and frankly, at this point, it's far too kind imo.

More league one ambitions, amateur decisions, because that's a 100 per cent where we are as a club are heading.🤣🤣🤣😂😂

Well the issue here is there's probably about 35 clubs our size or bigger who think that, and they can't all be in the PL.

I don't have an issue being relegated really, given our history in the PL era it is pretty hard to argue that qualifying for Europe is a massive over achievement and being mid lower table in the Championship is underachieving, we've done plenty of both and have outlying seasons either side of that.

However, what I do take issue with is the way the club is being run and the translation of that into the pitch this season, being relegated I can take, being relegated whilst being thoroughly humiliated every week, not scoring a goal at home in four months, after sacking a manager who had us at least competing (and this where I do struggle to feel for a lot of our fans as a lot of you asked for that for some reason) and the club being a complete joke is a lot less acceptable than simply being relegated.

This could work with a leader- just needs someone to step up

There are enough outspoken people on here to step up and lead it as a group.

It can't just fall to a tiny number of Trust/UFS guys and girls who already have enough on their plates.

Leicester City preparing 'important next steps' as chairman Top speaks on his new role
Leicester City are on the hunt for a new chief executive following the exit of Susan Whelan this month, and with chairman Top currently in the role on an interim basis

City chairman Aiyawatt ‘Top’ Srivaddhanaprabha has taken over the chief executive role on an interim basis following the exit of Susan Whelan this month.

Whelan had 14 years in the role and so a new arrival, especially one from outside the club and outside of King Power, could mark a new chapter for City.

Writing in his programme notes for the first time since taking on the role of acting chief executive, Top said: “I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to get closer to the operation across the club in recent weeks, to recognise what’s working well and where we can be stronger.

“Together with the club’s leadership team, we’ve been focusing on maintaining stability day to day while preparing to take some important next steps in how we move forward, which I look forward to sharing with you.

“Our ambitions, and our long-term commitment to pursuing them, remain as strong as ever.”

There was no mention of Whelan anywhere in Top’s message or the programme as a whole. There’s been no public comment from Whelan either, but City icons Jamie Vardy and Wes Morgan, as well as former manager Nigel Pearson, paid tribute to her tenure on social media over the past couple of weeks.

One of the first jobs undertaken by Top as acting chief executive was to resolve the matter of City’s front-of-shirt sponsor.

Crypto casino BC Game have now been announced as the sponsor, with City donning the company’s logo on their tops for the first time on Saturday evening.

City signed a two-year deal worth more than £31m with the gambling company last summer, but problems arose at the end of last year when they were declared bankrupt by a court in the Caribbean nation of Curacao, where their gambling licence had been registered.

Since then, and to this date, BC Game no longer appear to be operating in the UK.

In the Premier League, a ban on gambling sponsors on the fronts of shirts will come into effect from the start of next season.

How bad does this club have to become before many of our fanbase wake up? I'm not talking about results or what league we are in, I'm talking dodgy betting sponsors, zero fan engagement, ticket farce, poor recruitment both managers and players, zero leadership, zero accountability, zero responsibility, no clear plan for the club, financial mismanagement, prs charges, potential points deductions the list is endless.

I'm genuinely at a loss how any real LCFC fan can have any faith in this owner or board. It's not about winning or losing, prem or championship, it's about having a club that the whole City and fanbase can be proud of.

Can anyone hand on heart say they are proud of this football club right now?

Makes me sick what we've become and whilst nobody can take away our premier league title and fa cup, and these will be memories that will last forever, I'm now at a point where I don't want anything to do with this club and that breaks my heart considering I've supported this club my whole life.

We had the Official Supporters Club release a statement criticising supporters for not applauding the team off after a defeat.

That sums the place up.

Bad enough that everyone who posts that kind of question in this thread decides to join forces and do something about it.

Can someone who said that we had a good transfer window, try to justify that now?

We had a nightmare again this summer, moved on players who had a sniff of interest, didn’t address our GOAT leaving.

Didn’t shift Faes, Bouba, VK to name a few.

We’re the absolute pits.

10 point deduction now puts us in the relegation zone by the way.

At this point fook it, just for the optics. See if this shower of clown piss have it in them to fight another relegation battle. I think we actually go down continuing to play the usual suspects though, that's the scary bit. Unless Marti stops being a coward and puts some trust in the youth alongside those in the squad who are actually performing, the rot will continue. If the morons on the board blink first and ditch him - and let's be real, it will be for Russell Martin, the person they have the second biggest inexplicable boner for behind Graham Potter - things will get even worse. There's nothing to be optimistic for unless Marti grows a pair - we're at that much of a crossroads I feel.

I guess the issue is, the KPFC sycophants will just double-down on how hard-done by we are and think "ohhh it's so unfair, poor Top, poor Jon, poor Sus-oh wait she's left". The club could fold and they'd swear it wasn't even slightly self-inflicted.

Have to say I fully back this whole thing but the absence of this is poor - this should have been consistent and it seems to have fizzled out because.... what? We drew our way to being below Coventry and Stoke?

It looks weaker if this isn't consistently maintained.

You're bang on. A couple of half decent results and it all goes quiet. Nothing will change until the current hierarchy are gone.

I abhor what we've become as a club. My own protest was to give up my season ticket this season after decades of following the club home and away through thick and thin. I won't be returning until there is a change in ownership.
