The fact we are just 3 points away from safety (2 pending goal difference) is crazy. We still have a chance with 16 games to go.

We have 7 home games and 9 away games left, the same as ipswich

Wolves have 9 home games and 8 away games left.

Small mini league

We have ipswich and saints home, wolves away.

Ipswich have saints wolves home, is away.

Wolves have us home, ipswich and saints away.

I'm not saying we are going to service, but we still have a great chance if we can start getting results.

We need to get behind them and give it one big push. Ipswich and wolves will be feeling it too, 32 points will do it IMO, 18 to go, 5 wins and 3 draws. Ipswich and saints have to be wins, and then it would take 3 wins and 3 draws from remaining 16 games. Or 2 wins and 6 draws.

We can still do this, ndidi and hermansen will be back soon.

Foxes Never Quit

I admire your Monday morning optimism I really do, I on the other hand have come to terms with being relegated "again" and feel a sense of relief, I dont even fight the Monday morning banter from work mates, I think even they have given up taking the Pis$, its really quite refreshing.

If by some miracle we manage to gather some wins, and draws, I might get a tiny bit excited...

I'm not going to be delusional about it like I was back in 22/23. This time we're going down for sure, I've got no hope left.

The difference is the 22/23 squad should never have been relegated, that we were was down to shocking coaching and management.

This squad is paper thin anyway and without four of our best players for an extended period of time it’s hard to see where the next point is coming from.

Possible, yes.

Probable, no.

The rate we concede goals we’ll have to score at least 3 to give ourselves a chance of winning a game. We haven’t scored a goal at home since December 8th

Look at our rivals in bottom 5, they have 1 or 2 weak links.
We have a first 11 full of weak links including a creaking Vardy.

Unless ruuds being given the opportunity to sign 5-6 more players - he obviously won’t be we are doomed.

We are already down.

We've got to win one more than both Ipswich and Wolves to finish 17th. Even if we win another game this season, and I am very far from confident that we do, then they will win at least two or three more between now and May.

The only thing going for us is the bottom 4 are all just about as terrible as each other.

We keep saying "you look at the fixture list and you can't see where the 3, 4 or 5 wins are going to come from"

Which is true, but it also applies to the others.

The main problem is, they can get their wins vs us, and I'd say we probably have the worst/most unbalanced squad of the lot...

You either back RVN or you sack him.. the board are just dithering as per usual. I cannot wait for the day the club is sold, and these charlatans are out of the door.

Vestegaard, Faes and Coady are experienced, international defenders. They cannot hold a line. The reality is, unless we replace both this window, there is no chance. Not one of them should be playing at this level.

In 22/23 we actually had quality players so you, and others, being delusional then was fine.

This season we have no quality. It's like an impeding relegation.

Players don't care.  Eight minutes left on Saturday two nil down at home we get a corner.  No one and I mean no one doesn't look the slightest bit interested in taking it.  A player then slowly ambles over to the corner flag as if he has been forced to take it..  As I have said before,  no ambition, no effort, no commitment.  That is why we are going down.

I think there's a very real chance we could lose all of our remaining games.

Teams aren't even breaking sweat to beat us. They just know they will win by simply being there.

We've lost to a severely weakened villa, a poor palace, an off form Fulham playing in second gear, an ultra lethargic Man City, Liverpool in the fog to even the game up a bit and an absolutely woeful Wolves.

It doesn't augur well.

Accept it, we are down.

It's the hope that kills you.

There is no hope....better off if Wolves win tonight and put us all out of our misery

If we consider it's any 2 from 3 to join Saints and the other 2 teams are already 2 points ahead of us and arguably better than us I reckon the chances of survival at this stage are somewhere round the 15-20% mark....anyone care to argue that?

It doesn't make a shite of difference how many points we are behind and who we have left to play, this group of players won't win another game. A combination of some that don't want to be here, some that are just shite and all of them are mentally weak, means no matter what we do, we won't win.

The only chance I'd give us some hope is of Ndidi, Mads and Fatawu all returned imminently and we signed 2-3 good players but none of them things are going to happen.

The bookies have us more like 10-15% chance of survival, most around the 10% mark. They are normally good indication. They're saying we're almost as good as down.

2 years ago this time of year the bookies had us a good as safe from relegation. How did that turn out?!
