Just roll with it, it’s depressing that it looks like Forest and Coventry will be a league higher than us next season but it’s all cyclical, our time will come again be 5, 10 or even 20 years but it will.

Well we certainly blew our status and chances after the unthinkable and the  FA Cup win - so can only blame ourselves

Cov built a team, like Ipswich had done previously, it’s not done overnight and needs patience.

Goals win you games. Think we forgot that.

Plenty of time in the season for them to mess it all up 🙂 few injuries or suspensions and 1 or 2 leaves in jan you never know what can happen

Doesn’t help for sure, but not really relevant to what I was saying. It’s not a switch, both of those teams developed their teams, and their ability to score goals, over time.

Someone on here suggested there "wasn't much between us and Cov apart from goals" the other week lol

They've put the dross away recently. They get 2 and 3 up whilst we get one.

They are definitely more settled and don't have players with the baggage we have. Not surprised they are challenging. They have a six week run of playing Stoke, West Brom, Middlesbrough, Bristol City and Ipswich coming. Get through that unscathed and I can't see anyone stopping them.

A hammer to the heart us getting relegated and forest staying in the prem, well it will be literally like a flipping meteorite hitting the heart if the cov scum get promoted and we don’t!! Such a let down team we have had

Watching Ipswich West Brom at the min and wouldn’t expect them to get to much 😂

Cov are doing my head in. We're crap, and they were bang average at best against us, yet week in week out they're rolling teams over whilst we seem to massively struggle against the dross in this league. So frustrating, as if we could get our act together we'd stroll this league given how poor the competition is.

They seem to concede a lot of changes against them as well just seem to be taking theirs. I can’t see it lasting all season like this though. Teams will figure them out you would think , well hoping so anyway .
see how they react if they have a bad result or 2 in a row .

You don’t score 34 goals in a quarter of a season without having something other teams are no where near having.

Coventry are going up.

10 years ago when we won the PL, they were buried in league 1.  They’ve had 10 years to build up to this.  It all goes around in cycles.  Also, when we won the championship we had 33 points after 12 games, so we were still better than them !!

Agreed. I think its academic now. As much as I hate it, they are the best side in the Championship right now. I wish Leicester had just some of the confidence in front of goal they have.

They may well do but it’s only 12 games into a really long season and there is plenty that can happen between then and now . All it takes is to lose a bit of form or 1 or 2 players and things can change
