His time is up. He is absolutely clueless.

Those negative tactics that we started the game with are inexcusable.

We had 12 matches to fight for our survival and his negative tactics alone have single handedly cost us one of those matches.

Putting aside the rubbish he’s got to work with right now, I genuinely feel he wouldn’t get the best out of Alves, Nelson, Braybrooke etc in the Championship and take us forward in that league. For this reason alone he should go because we are heading down and need something very different to challenge again over 46 games.

The man clearly does not have the dexterity of thought, the in game mental agility or the people around him to suitably bounce ideas off and create new thinking.

Lets face it he's been a total and utter disaster.

Football Management is not his forte. He would only be a 2nd rate pundit.

He should realise that have some pride and **** off.

I don't want to burden anybody with good relations at this club with these set of scumbag players working under these oxygen thieves. I'd give the job to Dennis Wise for the rest of the season. Failing that Ghislaine Maxwell.

Didn't work out for Rooney either.

Rooney got many jobs he was totally underqualified for. It worked a treat. There's hope yet. He'll probably blag Hamburg or Malaga.

Brighton must be fuming, ruud has made facundo go from looking like a 50m player to a 10m one

Yep. Wonder if they have some sort of case against us.

There has to be an agenda to get us relegated.... players contracts will have a relegation clause to reduce wages, some are out of contract and some will move on ... Top will then be able to sell the club as financially it looks far more stable ... question is could Ruud van Noidea actually be in on the plan

They weren't intended tactics, the players have given up on him since he called them out last week.

We have a squad of delusional fragile egos, who complained to Top on a daily basis about Cooper by the end. There was no way they were going to respond to Ruuds comments in any other way.

Ruud gave up weeks ago, the players can see it and aren't interested, we are now into similar territory from 2 years ago where agents are telling some of them don't get a bad injury so we can find you a new club in a few months time.

And as for Top, Rudkin etc. They simply don't know what do, there is no contingency incase Ruud was shit, most credible managers won't go near us as it's quite well known in the football world about how badly we are run, 4 managers in a row lied to.

Whilst Rodgers was obviously a better manager, they have seen what it looks like when a manager gives up, they are watching it happen again in complete denial. They are Incompetent and unfit to have any role in modern football.

There is no agenda. It’s far worse than that: we got here through sheer incompetence, stretched over years. The people who run our club are not up to the job and they’ve arrogantly refused to bring in people who are. Incompetence combined with arrogance invariably ends in failure.

Love a conspiracy, but surely the club is worth more in the PL. The decrease in wages would dwarf the loss in revenue you'd have thought, last night was bizarre though, don't think I've ever seen commentators so shocked at how a side or a manager is going g about the game

If we gave Ghislaine Maxwell the job, she'd probably blow it.

Really?

West Ham barely tried first half, they made even less effort 2nd half. Same with Brentford

Exactly. They were 2-0 up by half time so didn’t need to do anything in the second half. Hence, we had a bit more possession and attacking play - but there was nothing threatening.

Yes he does need to go. When he does eventually go it'll be another payoff. Seriously laughable how he got a contract until Summer 2027 just because he beat us twice at United. This hierarchy have killed us. They are the bigger issue not RVN. Feel sorry for him tbh. False promises and working with a load of shite.

He just won't change it, he's far too stubborn.

The team is better suited to a 3-5-2 given our defensive issues, it's clear to see. Get rid of Faes and Vestergaard (Justin, Coady and Okoli instead as the 3 CBs), and play individuals who care for the club.

Once again you could see we've clearly spent all week trying to work out how to stop West Ham and spent zero effort on how to actually hurt them

Which is weird because that's a bad Cooper trait but at least he changed style/formation to counter or give us more of a chance.

Just can't imagine Ruud sitting at Seagrave saying "oh they'll be wide, use wing backs, most likely 352, *sniffs* so, dodgy 4231 it is again lads."

A serious, credible football club being run well would already have had that statement out this morning. Didn't even realise Chelsea was in 10 days time - perfect opportunity to do it for a last ditch chance at staying up or at the very least getting our self respect back.

He either needs to go or he needs to relaise a drastic change is needed. Like whne we stayed up in 14/15 we changed to 5-3-2.

i actually think our defence is that bad playing 5 at the back is required

GK Mads

RWB Justin

CB Okoli

CB Faes

CB Coady

LWB Kris

CM Ndidi

CM Winks

AMC Bilal

ST Vardy

ST Daka

Both of them have experience of failing to organise a proper defence, and being sent down. Ideally qualified for our current position then. lol

Actually getting a bit fed up of the "squad is terrible" narrative; it's a poor squad but should be doing much better than 11 defeats in 12, no goals in 6 home games and a minus 38 goal difference (or whatever it now is).

We were playing a team that played 5 defenders and 2 dms. We still somehow made it look like they were playing Bielsa ball at times lol
