The more I watch this unfold, the more it looks like some weird money laundering scheme. Gather a bunch of shitty footballers that no other club wants, give them ridiculous contracts, get the worst managers and...somehow, some way this nets a whole more money for the Chairman. I don't know how, but it's got to be just that.

And if it's not, then it's just a steaming pile of horsesh*t of a squad.

when you have this many players who are not, or are no longer premier league standard in your squad then its hard to know what to expect

Justin, Faes, Vestergaard, Coady, Kristiansen, Thomas, Soumare, Winks, Ayew, Daka, Skipp, McAteer, Ward,

So when we were relegated to League One you thought that the club was being run well?

For gods sake….. are you serious? Financially we were on our see when we got relegated to league one….. the position we are in today, is a result of amateur decisions made at board level. Completely different scenarios…..

For the first time in 65 years of watching City, I lost interest in the game. I paid NOW TV £14.99 and almost instantly regretted it. I think that Sky Sports probably regretted it too. United are a nothing team at the moment, but managed to put 3 past us. We should be bottom, but Southampton are saving us that indignity - although we deserve it.

The moaners on here can blame the team - even having a go at Jamie Vardy (and, pathetically, what he's paid), but the rot is higher up the tree. Nistelrooy and Cooper inherited the fallout from the mediocrity now running the club (running it into the ground, more like). That doesn't excuse either for failing to motivate the players or put a team together that's willing to fight   The players have lost heart and direction. There's no leader where there should be - in midfield. Soumare typifies the apathy exactly - he should have been gone two years ago. Buying two Saint's has-beens was evidence that the Club was beginning to lose its way. Persisting with Ward was another sign of incompetence.

Whatever his part in this fiasco, Rudkin should resign. He should be aware he's disliked and held accountable by the majority of fans. How does he justify staying on? He and Top maybe are colluding in the fantasy that it's not their responsibility that we are where we are.

Relegation is inevitable and unless some big changes happen we're in for a period of Championship stagnation. Everything that could have gone wrong has been allowed to go wrong. The chance to achieve stability and establish a reputation as a respectable club with significant achievement has been lost. We fans have been comprehensively failed. If this was a business with shareholders, there would have been a vote of no confidence from the floor at the AGM. No more words.

What a post!  :appl:

The man is a lunatic - I'd seriously be calling in the men in white coats for the nutjob.

I missed yesterdays game and  I'm enjoying not going down to watch those pitiful imbeciles.

Most of us have been around football all our lives, amateur and professional, playing and watching.  We KNOW what we are looking at!! Stop trying to take the p*ss out of us Ruud and co.  Like we are not knowledgeable because we haven't absolutely spawned getting a lucrative job in the pro game !

Was it £15 to watch the game on Now?

Why anybody would pay £15 for NOW TV given the quality of streams available is beyond me.

No public transport Sunday nights,so passed my tickets on. One of my better decisions in life. Horrific viewing, some hopeless players. Next big decision is whether to renew or not? Those on here banging on about atmosphere and getting rid of us oldies may get their wishes granted. Right now putting the money towards extra holidays abroad is looking mighty attractive. Sorry to be so negative, probably some form of PTSD, need a summer off.

Even the most optimistic must realise we’re in the Championship next year. In an ideal world we get rid of all the shite from the squad,  get a new manager who can sit down with the management and have a grown up discussion on building a young hungry team, using our best academy players with a few of the best from the championship and move forward.

The horse is well and truly dead so I shouldn’t be flogging it, but the same dreary, steaming pile is served up match after match, from a team devoid of quality and confidence, just going through the motions.

Run out of words, it’s the same every week. Just stick the R by our name already and get the embarrassment over and done with. 13 goals conceded to that Man United side in 4 meetings this season says it all

Can just one of the happy clappers come on here and explain what the applause at the end was actually for?

I’m a polite, well mannered person, I believe the applause in defeat is usually an appreciation of effort, well, what effort?

Feel sorry for Mads, Vardy deserves better players around him, other than that, what? You clapped Clown Faes for his “effort” and “performance”? Soumare? Coady, Justin, Winks? What did you see in them? Are you a seal? Are you unwell? You’re telling the board you’re happy with what’s being served up and we wonder why they don’t act in a decisive pro-active way. Happy clap the caterers, ambulance men and stewards as they put more competence into last night that Wout Faes.

Said the exact same thing at HT when a group of 5, a couple of rows behind me, were clapping them at HT?

I politely asked what they were clapping for? Did they generally enjoy what they were

seeing and thought we were playing well or were they just used to clapping at the end of things to signify they were there?

No reply, just a long stare which looked like it went through my soul at one point.

I generally think they’ve been brainwashed.

Always told that 'Being a fan is actually no sense, just pure passion..." Whenever I watch this team this echoes on my mind constantly. We are bunch of dreamers and I hope this dream ceased as soon as possible with a concrete relegation before end of the season.

Absolute brain-dead morons. Let them get on with it. Almost certainly the same people who thought Brendan Rodgers was the second coming of christ

But don't forget, they're the "proper fans"

It's been discussed on here a lot last week.

If you want things to change, you really shouldn't be passing your ticket on or using the resale platform.
