If that happens then the club haven't learned their lesson. It's the exact type of transfer that we need to avoid.

I agree

Still think its what we will do

I think we will see a different type of striker. Someone with good hold up ability and an aerial presence.

It HAS to be Patrick Ageymang of Charlotte FC.  I’ve mentioned him several times that I think I’ll have an aneurism if he actually signs..

Should pay Sturm Graz scouting department £5m to buy us someone suitable. They're ridiculous at it.

I’m not having any association with the Austrian league after Daka

Richard Kone as an option?

You watching the playoffs?

Been quiet so far but for catching another players ankle and being a little involved in a scuffle.  Dull game though, so not singling him out on that.

Such a critical signing this. We need someone who can boss the championship and then make the step up again if/when we get promoted. The scouting team have really got their work cut out.

Is it realistic for us to convince brighton and Evan Ferguson to re ignite his career with us on loan ?

I think he’s one of those players that looks like a good signing on paper but in reality would be a disappointment.

The general consensus amongst Brighton fans is he hasn’t been the same since tearing his cruciate ligament in 23/24 and is always picking up niggles.

Him on loan + 1 permanent signing like Richard Kone wouldn’t be the end of the world though.

Didnt realise he did his ACL, most players always need a year to get back to best.

regarding Kone that should be easy to get over the line when you can dangle some of our great youth players on loan who might not be strong enough for us next year e.g Braybrooke etc

Ings would be a decent enough rotation option for the Championship. Problem is, he'd be on first choice wages.

Also how TF is he 32? Feels like he's been around for even longer than Vardy.

We need more than one striker.

Callum Wilson-Free

Richard Kone-£7.5m

Jonathan Burkardt-£15m.

All 3 should cover us.

No way a league one striker £7.5m

He might be a championship striker in a few weeks.

Though in last nights play off first leg the only thing I saw him do was rake an opponents achilles and got lucky not to see red, then later got involved in a bit of handbags.

Shit game tbf.
