If we are lucky, depends on who goes bit like the season last with HB, TC, KDH. That allowed a fairly big spend.

I like him, could see him as a really good plan B type striker to get balls into the box into.

Played in the same team as Mads Hermansen at Brøndby, Cardiff allegedly paid 2-3m for him so would imagine they would want a profit, 5-6m bid would be worth it.

I’d be keen on Adebayo at Luton. Was impressed with him in the PL last season.

 

Not sure of this seasons story with him but if he’s fit he would be a good option up top. Not necessarily as a starter but we’ve lacked a physical presence at the top end of the pitch for years.

Of course depends who the manager is, but if you want a striker who can excel in duels and is an aerial presence, then there’s a quartet of Championship strikers who fit that bill. 
 

Salech being one of them. Carlton Morris, Mihalio Ivanovic and Colby Bishop being the other three. 
 

No doubt getting Salech or Morris would be easier now Cardiff and Luton have been relegated, but I’d give Ivanovic at Millwall the edge.

Ferguson’s loan from Brighton to West Ham doesn’t seem to have worked out, hard to see what happens for him next, might have to consider a loan to a championship club unless one of the promoted clubs go for him. Would be hungrier than Eduauard has been, being at the start of his career still.

For me we’ve got way too much “experience” in this team as it is, I think the majority of signings in the championship will be lower to middle 20’s with potential of sell on value.

I Really hope this is the case! The scouting team (if we have one!) needs to earn their wages now and look abroad or even here (like we used to!) for young talent that we can sell on once we get ourselves out of the mess that the board have created.

Just to clarify.  This is in no way at all what I want to happen, I can just see a scenario where (such is the state of things at the minute) we start the season with Ruud in charge and Mavididi up front.
