As the 2024/25 season comes to a conclusion, the Foxes Trust is launching its End of Season Survey.

This year, we’re aiming for our highest-ever number of responses to make this our most impactful survey yet. Simply put: the more Leicester City fans that take part, the more the findings of our survey will carry weight.

We are committing to publishing the results in-full, without fear or favour. The insights gathered by the survey will allow us to represent supporters on key issues that matter most and hold our football club to account where necessary.

This your opportunity to make yourself heard and influence change. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes to complete, so please do so now and share the link below with fellow supporters so that they can also contribute.

Foxes Trust End of Season Survey

:scarf:

I can't see that this will achieve anything. I think we all know what the general responses are going to say.

Most people will have negative responses to most of the questions after this season.

Who at the club will look at the survey results and who will care?

I suspect no one.

If that's how supporters feel, then that's how the supporters feel. It doesn't mean those opinions shouldn't be collected.

This survey is one of the best channels open to Leicester City supporters to make their feelings known and the Trust has official channels to get the results in front of the club (including the FAB and the existing line of communications that exist between the Trust and the Club). We will be publishing the results publicly and in-full.

Have you completed the survey? It takes less than 10 minutes and if you want the club to listen, or you want change, you should provide your input to the survey.

That’s the clubs decision ultimately but at the very, very least you have a set of results which have to be taken into consideration by media etc.

At the moment we have no unifying conclusions to the negativity. Additionally we can benchmark on season’s going forward

Fair play but a few potentially leading questions in there, which might lose you some credibility with the club.

E.g. "The Club has made poor decisions when appointing/retaining managers of the club" should be something like "How do you rate the club's decision making regarding Managers" - Very poor, poor etc.

Not all of the questions will be perfect - none of us are survey designers by profession!

But the strongly agree to strongly disagree scale, as well as the option to not answer, hopefully provides an opportunity to counteract anything you think is leading.

Done, thanks for putting it together.

Echo what others have said that you're almost certainly going to get a heavily skewed set of answers to certain questions - if this was me in Uni days I'd be getting absolutely poleaxed by my lecturer for confirmation bias. lol

I imagine if you're posting this elsewhere you're going to get a completely different bias from, say, Leicester Undivided on Facebook.

But ultimately this is more along the lines of what we (at least in the FoxesTalk bubble) want to see from the trust, more open engagement and not being afraid to take a more critical line against the ownership - or at least ask the fanbase their honest opinion!

But we can't say to the club ... the fans think you're pants but we can't be arsed to ask them and if we did they wouldn't bother.

I get the cynism....but nothing like this has been done before and it will allow the club to be called out... esp on fan engagement and board decision making.  It will drive media interest.

All we are saying is  give this a chance.

We do want supprt for clear criticisms...

The club haven't run a survey have they?

I am keen to see what the response is from outside this bubble.... the leaflets and newspaper coverage aims to reach the leicestershire passive massive

Done.

If you can get a good number of fans not on Foxestalk then I'm not convinced it will be as negative as some are suggesting especially judging from the output of the FAB meeting so far and the response from the fans in the stadium during and after matches.

For years the trust has tried to avoid criticizing the club ( or the club has groomed the trust).  It hasn't got us anywhere and the Fan engagement framework is a joke.

That's why we wanted to change the trust to represent all fans amd to be unafraid to challenge the club.  This is a big step...

Glad to hear there's an attempt to reach as wide a chunk of the fanbase as possible really. It's very obvious that the majority here have a very dim view of the current ownership, but the 'casual' match going fan anecdotally seems far more blindly loyal to them and may have different opinions for right or wrong (wrong, by the way - they're wrong).

As much as anything, it will give those of us who are sick of Top's mismanagement an idea of just what we're up against. How big is the KPFC contingent and what actually is the 'majority' consensus amongst the fanbase?

There's only one way to find out...

There's one way to ensure nothing is achieved: do nothing.

The survey is wide-ranging - covering the leadership of the club, ticketing, matchday experience, the women's game and even the Foxes Trust itself. So there is plenty of opportunity for a whole range and spectrum of views and opinions.

It takes less than 10 minutes to complete and the best way to make your voice heard right now is to play your part in a survey that will give us data to raise key supporter issues with the Club.

Id already completed and sent on before the post.

I suspect the answers will be reasonably unanimous. I also anticipate that they are aware of he feelings of the fans already, I just don't believe they have the competence and motivation to deal with it.

The overly leading questions were probably not the most sensible either.

Im pleased that the FT is no longer pussy footing round the club though.
