This is it plus Lazio aren't chucking him in the first team straight away. If he's not signing and to there's interest then it's over. We can't play him in case he gets injured. Doesn't matter what the fans or manager want. 1
coolhandfox Posted 31 August Posted 31 August Playing for the u21 today so not sure he's off just yet. 3

SB87_LCFC Posted 1 September Posted 1 September If he’s not going, we need to tie him to a new deal and invest in him as we’ve done with the other lads. got bags of potential and we need to use him 1

EastAnglianFox Posted 1 September Posted 1 September So damn pleased he’s not gone, get that contract pencilled up for him. Only seen him a handful of times granted but was the best player on the pitch each time and was playing against lads a good couple of years older.

Don’t think he wants to sign a new contract with us, but if we give him some game time you never know 1

I remember like 10 years ago he was basically just a fan who’d regurgitate transfer news He’s regularly on national radio via talkSPORT whether he knows stuff or not, he sounds like he does on there if he was a total grifter with no contacts then they’d surely not employ him because he’d be wrong too often I’m sure he is building contacts across clubs. Just as ornstein gets real stuff fed to him from the bigger clubs, in ten years that could be Jacobs.

DezFox Posted 2 September Posted 2 September If Leicester have not offered him one, and there was a 1 mill offering from lazio. Either something is not being reported correctly (ie the offer from lazio or the contract) or Leicester are now going to offer him one? Why would they not accept an offer and just lose him on free?

Obviously they're going to offer him one, he scores for fun and is an England youth international. Whether he accepts is another matter, we've clearly gambled the money on offer now, which is the right decision. 1
Ric Flair Posted 2 September Posted 2 September He signed a professional contract with us in the summer of 2025. Usually first pro deals are 3 years until players are 18 or over and they may then sign longer deals. 1
