North London forever has to be the worst football song ever made. Painfully cringe

North London Forever (apart from the 27 years in South London)

Watching the Arsenal highlights - (I went to bed really early yesterday, and have just got up now...  What am I like? :P ) - is it bad to feel nostalgic for when we used to be able to play like that? :(

Bobby Edwards masterclass, the great wolves escape is on?

I thought all the rumours about him getting sacked were ridiculous to be honest.

Yes they're going down, but that was the case before he arrived.

Since he's got there they've had plenty of close games. Think I saw a stat about how a lot of their games have been 0-0 or 1-1 at half time since he came in.

I think if they stick with him they'll get a respectable (by that I mean more than Derby...) points total and he can rebuild in the champ next season.

Idk what's going on there behind the scenes but their team isn't worse than Leeds, West Ham and Burnley.

Might play boring football but the state of managers we have had since makes him look like the greatest manager to roam earth. Lol

Rosenior to Chelsea then or too early?

Too early. Maresca divides opinion but if you were to look at his reign, with the exception of Aston Villa being on a storming run, Chelsea have been roughly where you would expect to be at their best. Fourth behind Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City last season, fifth currently with Villa added. Is Rosenior going to do significantly more?

The squad is too young and inexperienced for a title challenge. Interesting is their approach to managers now- Potter, Maresca and Rosenior would never have been anywhere near the job years ago. Villas-Boas was the outlier before yet he had won trophies in Portugal.
