VP, I didn’t pay much attention to them after they ran away from us. But no matter who the manager is, if you don’t invest and sell your best players you’re going to struggle. 
 

Just anyone that’s not the expected suspects on our list.

I doubt it is tbh. I think he's a red herring. Shi (CEO) might still like him but Mendes is leading the manager recruitment apparently and he is unlikely to opt for GON. Shi normally does what Mendes tells him is best (because he's a useless, knowledge less *****) and so I think it'll be someone more left field. 

 

Ten Haag is the latest name to be linked with talks. I'd give him a go over GON tbh and might be more suited to a club our size rather than Man Utd.

We're not. As I said earlier he'll be considered but ultimately not taken up.

It'll be someone called something like Nuno Goncalves who has a decent stint at Vitoria Setubal in 2018, that earned him a disastrous 4 months at Porto. Stints at either at Antalyaspor or Al-Rayyan followed but he's been unemployed for about 4 months
