Nice to hear him say about moving the ball much quicker,  our play has been so slow, predictable and going no where for what seems forever .

I like him from that video, has an aura about him and seems likeable.  I like he made the effort with everyone and speaking in players native languages. I feel happier than I have in a long time....we need a leader and someone to create a professional environment and he seems like he has that about him!

Was told they’re being very careful with him and giving him recovery days.

The one thing I desperately hope doesn't happen, is Kingy get sidelined at all. He's clearly got something about him as a coach and it's absolutely critical for some connection to the club so hope MC will lean on him

My great fear with Cifuentes is that he was the cheapest, most malleable, most 'Top', most convenient option. I think we need the opposite of many of those things. 

 

On the upside, he's a bright guy and I actually find his record every bit as impressive, if not more, than Rohl's. It'd be a pleasant surprise for me if he worked out, but I'll be patient with him (because I have a feeling he'll need a bit of patience). I just have to wonder whether our owners' criteria for a manager aligns with the qualities you might require for long-term success.

Loved the training video, he has an air of real confidence and clarity in the messages he is getting across, looks like he is very personable, most importantly good to hear that he wants everything done quicker. 
 

Kingy looks to be involved and a key part of the coaching team, will learn a lot from Marti and Xavi which will only benefit him, today it was always going to be led by the new manager and assistant as they look to get across their message, drive their standards and expectations, Kingy will remain an integral part of team IMO 

 

as for Abdul, i dont think there is anything untoward, he is coming back from a very serious injury, they will be managing his workload and he won’t necessarily take part in every session especially if the players are doing double sessions. Highly likely it’s precautionary and to ensure no major setbacks.

Unlikely if he's only bring in one member of staff, plus a GK coach.

I would imagine he's been told King is here to stay and work with him.

 

As much as Stowell had his critics...he was a constant between many managers....we need someone like this again and King fits the bill.
