Any more unfunny jokes about his name being similar to cone?

Kone in Ivorian literally translates as Vestergaard

I'm not Jon Rudkin or Martyn Glover; it's not my job to suggest other targets.

you sound like them, that’s what they say👀

Top " Jon so who's the striker we are going for"

Rudkin " I'm not sure I'll go and ask Martyn"

Rudkin " Martyn who's the striker we are after"

Martyn " I'm not sure and it don't help with Dorris being late in today. When she gets in I'll let you know if that's ok"

Not at all surprising if Rudkin is dealing with it. A club wants 3m for a player so we naturally offer double the amount.

😂Jon “take my money” Rudkin masterclass incoming

Highly likely if we have agreed a £6m deal it will include add ons, would be surprised if we agreed to a 4 year deal, personally for a player of that age and potential, we would want to try and tie him to a five year contract.

and before people say about the £3mil fee, Wycombe have reduced the amount they want upfront in regards anyone moving for Kone, so they still want 5/6mil but will want least 3mil upfront in any deal

Agreed and by reducing the up front payment has meant the £5m has increased to £6m with higher add ons

Or like Mads last week it’s a goodbye

Understand but Was a friendly and either we had to prove his fitness or we were trying to play hardball on the fee

would you stick the kid on for the final ten mins to say goodbye and have him risk doing his ACL??

Yeah fair point, hopefully this will progress now the Mads deal has been finalised.

They need some good news to feed us plebs.  Could this be it?  Seems to have gone quiet I wonder if there is an agreement in place in principle with player and club.

Has come on for Wycombe with them 2-0 down

Another Wycombe player just missed a penalty

Would appreciate it if you could only post rumours or news.  When I see you profile pic in the transfer thread I get a semi, now I'm flaccid again.

Well I've only seen him play for 10 seconds, but he took up a good position in between the lines and played a nice ball through to an onrushing attacker, before the ball bounced back to him, he beat a man, and got a shot away.

Perhaps a more accomplished piece of football than I've seen Daka have in his entire time here.

But in all seriousness, he looks a big lad who can play. We haven't had one of those since Leo.
