Think you're all missing the point, he's probably asked NOT to communicate. Working the plan he's asked to.

Grow social media in Asia and Africa - helps to just not sell Hamza and Daka.

Direct the blame firmly at Susan Whelan for all of this shit for being a spineless King Power doing seemingly **** all.

Several dark mutterings about likely phone calls from the Club asking (?) for this thread to be shut down.  Can one of the senior mods come on here, hand on heart and say publicly and definitively whether this has actually happened in the past?   Not talking about hearsay or rumours from other people, but a simple statement of truth from someone senior in the Foxestalk hierachy.

The league win elevated lots of people who shouldn't have been. I'm all for internal promotion, but it seems like anyone who was at the club in 2016 got bumped a few rungs, never to be assessed again. Or in the case of Rudders were given a lifelong bullteproof vest.

We have a head of fan engagement who was at the ECB too, what the hell are they doing?

Wouldn't surprise me if we have an Interstellar space exploration division, given the lack of tangible output from many departments that still trudge along.

We have a Head Of Communications!!!???

What a cushy number that is!!

“Morning guys, anything you’d like to communicate to the fans today?”

”Nope”

”See you tomorrow”

Whose birthday is it today then …..

His LinkedIn profile is impressive though.

Expert communications and reputation strategist with over 20 years of experience shaping influential narratives across global industries. Leader in multi-level stakeholder engagement, media strategy, crisis management, and cross-functional team leadership. Skilled in delivering high-impact storytelling and managing reputational challenges in fast-paced, high-profile environments.

What my experience in corporate has taught me, is that everyone writes this drivel. You then employ someone and they’re typically gone within 12 months!

You won't hear anything, I'm afraid. It's too late. The LCFC retrieval squads would've been despatched by Herlihy within minutes of the thread appearing on the website.

Mark, Davie and Ric are already strapped to chairs in a dusty bunker deep beneath Belvoir Drive with their nips attached to the disused Lithium batteries of returned BMW I8s and "This Girl" by Kungs being blasted on repeat at 100 decibels.

They'll inevitably break once they get a whiff of the larb-flavoured biscuit sticks. You don't want to know what they do with them. The club getting the password to FoxesTalk is an inevitability at this point. Bye bye thread.

Also being hosed down with Chang

I’m pretty sure as already mentioned, anything that goes out on socials etc it all comes from him.

Is this the same as a golden shower?

Might as well be.

I will say in his defence, keeping silent is probably preferable to communicating, I imagine it'll just highlight how inept his colleagues in other departments are lol

That is quite literally why they do it. Their post relegation bollocks last time was called out so they have instead of taking it on board just decided to do the same and say nothing.

You should email this to him.

We both know it would be ignored.

It'd be no surprise at all if someone at the club working under him informed/informs him of his name being a thread on here.

Particularly when certain LCFC employees do read this forum (in particular one or two 'higher-ups', from experience..).

The behavior at board level has fractured the relationship between the club and fans ... eg. Betting sponsor, lack of accountability, psr issues,  splurging money and gambling with the clubs fututre, poor talent management, banning etc etc.  This has lead to the club becoming wary and seeking to control fan engagement mechanisms.    In such a situation then a strong and well intentioned fan engagement mechanism would be essential.   Yet lcfc fan engagement is the opposite... it is fan disengagement.

Clearly the club wants this at the moment though God knows why.  When it decides on the need for a better relationship then herlihy will be toast.  He is tainted now.

Fan Engagement was never meant to be part of a strategy. Fan Engagement in its truest and rawest form is simply a behaviour by a club because of the culture within. To make a supporter(s) feel valued through non-transactional behaviour. It’s that simple.

It sickens me that the club have bastardised such a necessary yet simple practice into something that they just want to control and labelled it “FE” simply to put on their CV or in our case, to play footsy with the FSA et al.

Too many degrees and not enough football supporters in the game is the problem. You need a balance for sure but I still stand by the fact that you shouldn’t be anywhere near a supporter facing role if you haven’t served an apprenticeship of paying your way through supporting a club on a cold terrace losing away from home on a Wednesday night and then done it again and again  (so to speak). Not many have of course, which is why so many clubs get it wrong.
