Probably more than 5 million but this guy please

Yes please!

I mean, I know nothing about him but I just want to see a Leicester player with 'ZIDANE' on his back.

We just need to go and get Trevor Ronaldo next, from Hartlepool.

When he's on the pitch he's working hard and is comfortably our best player in that position. Obviously it would be better if he celebrated our goals and acknowledged the fans etc, but on balance I think I'd rather have a petulant player who actually contributes than endure an entire season of Skipp and Soumare...

I agree to a point bud

this is where I might be in fantasy land but I am hoping with the sales so far we could perhaps go out and buy or loan a striker and midfielder to replace Vardy and Winks etc

All we need to do is sing the Harry Winks song a few times. Sure that will perk his pecker up adequately.

Hang on..... You think we can find better replacements for £5m?!?!

GRANTED we might find someone with a better attitude..... But not with the same skills to retain possession, recycle and set the tempo.

Case and point even Charlton who were in league 1 last season have a better 6 in Conor Coventry. Winks is seriously average and replaceable.

"And now for your Leicester City team!

In goal, Jim Zoff!

At left back, Robert Carlos!

Right back, Barry Vogts!

Central defensive pairing...

Fred Baresi and Don Passerella!

On the left wing ...

Chris Ronaldo!

And on the right...

Gary Rincha!

In central midfield we have...

Mick Platini and Doug Maradona!

With today's forwards being...

John Cruyff!

And

Kevin-Henry Rumminige!

Sorry I can't get behind this.

You could be the worlds best player and if you're being a twat and having that attitude towards travelling fans then you don't deserve to be at this club. I'd rather get relegated than have players like that playing for us, it's bigger than results on the pitch.

We have too many young and impressionable young players in our first team squad… we just can’t allow one bad apple to spoil the whole barrel.

now is he being a bad apple?  That’s mainly decided in the dressing room and on the training pitch… not just by a goal celebration, or lack of one… but ideally, he should be setting a precedent too on how the players interact with the fans. But the goal celebration isn’t the deal breaker for me…

Why is he in such a mardy. Get over it man

I believe... In part scapegoat / association with the Miss U Enzo sign in Denmark, when he was just one of the many players in the room and nobody knows who set that up. Shit like this for example: www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14120925/amp/Pictured-Harry-Winks-Conor-Coady-Leicester-players-nightclub.html

And obviously the One Night at Seagrave story: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2025/04/03/ruud-van-nistelrooy-leicester-harry-winks-commute/ for (Imo quite rightfully) refusing Ruud's request, and I'm sure he wasn't the only one who told that Dutch fraud to **** off and point to where it says in his contract he has to live locally or stay overnight (Skipp, Edouard, BDR, Ayew all London living would have been asked and we don't know what they said.. only we know Winks fell out with Ruud and it wouldn't have been a "na you're alright mate," but instead a "off you **** you ****ing Dutch ****ing ****." Or else he wouldn't have been exiled.

Paternity leave aside - which I'm led to believe Winks didn't take and could have. This was an error on Ruud's part and it probably escalated to board level, wherein Winks probably said "Rudders you lazy ****ing ****, that Dutch **** axed me, the media are running a story but not even mentioning Eduard hasn't been seen for six months and he shares the ****ing M1 with me, sell me to ****ing anyone," to which the club have gone 'alright if someone meets your valuation,' which let's be honest is gonna be classic £10m.

So image damaged, irreparable, to the degree he's taking it out on the fans even, which is definitely undeserved as a lot of us rate and like Winks including me. Hope he can mend relations with the club and that Marti is working on it, and perhaps one to sign a new deal at the end of the season.

Though I reckon he goes deadline day to a Brentford / Fulham as a squad option.

Really? If you were offered the choice, right now, between getting promoted or surviving in the Championship with Winks vs getting relegated to League One without him, you'd actually choose to relegated? And you'd make this choice solely because he's currently a bit mardy and has walked straight down the tunnel at the end of a couple of games? That's how much it means to you?

Yep.

He's toxic and it spreads through the club, if we got rid of these players sooner rather than let them rot the club, we'd be in a much better position long term.

Fans pay thousands and spent all weekend travelling to and from away games and this idiot doesn't even recognise them, all because he fell out with the previous manager? What have the fans done? This club will be here long after Harry Winks pisses off elsewhere.

So it’s not about the club, it’s about your enjoyment as a fan then? The club will be here after all of us, not just Harry Winks.

You have to have a certain level of respect from representing a football club, which Winks doesn't have.

I know I'll be in the minority, a lot of you on here are happy for Winks to sulk, refuse to commute, players to have lockdown parties, drink drivers to be club captain, Rodgers to disrespect the fans, Top & the board to stay silent, to some it's all about winning every week, to me I'd rather have players that want to be here and aren't taking the piss, even if it means we stay in this division or we're playing in league 1. Half the reason we're in this mess is that we've got zero leadership from the very top towards.

I'll still be going games and enjoying the day out, couldn't give a toss what division we're in.

Fair enough, guess we see things in a different way. I don’t want play nicely players, I want players who have the arse, are angry, they should be angry. Our demise is a collective effort, they have played a part (along with the club hierarchy obviously).

If they don’t wave, clap I honestly could not care, it’s not cabaret, they have one job, they should be disappointed.

I’m one of his biggest supporters but when he came on against Charlton he was actively avoiding 50/50’s, not tracking runners and his body language just looked tragic.

He can’t wait to play for Watford, Reading or QPR.

Imagine being on 80 THOUSAND POUNDS a week and pulling out of tackles

fvcking disgusting imho

I thought he was going to injure himself avoiding a 50/50 on the edge of their box when he came on. Was a disgraceful lack of challenge

He followed that up with a tackle which in my opinion was positioned so he didn’t injure himself. He went in pretty much like he was laying flat on the floor so it was more of a block than a tackle.

He is definitely avoiding getting injured.
